really good service for the price

I've been using my service for over a year now. I have it in some of our less-demanding technology. I have not had service interruptions, but it has been a challange to get the PIN updated. they also see to change plans reguarly . because these two thing i gave them 4 stars

Ordered wrong eSIM, great customer service!

I mistakenly bought an eSIM instead of a physical SIM card at first. I was worried about the problem, but Tello customer service responded very fast and solved my issue efficiently and patiently. The whole process was smooth and hassle‑free. I’m really satisfied with their professional support and highly recommend Tello to everyone!

HOW CAN YOU BEAT 2 PHONE LINES FOR UNDER $30?

As a retired person, on a limited budget, I was frustrated with the constant increase in cellular prices after being enticed with cheap phone service. I began shopping around and found Tello. The whole process of switching providers only took a small amount of time online and tech support was available to help with any questions. The best part...HOW CAN YOU BEAT 2 PHONE LINES FOR UNDER $30?

Customer support is horrible

Customer support is horrible. Calls and texts will drop for no reason.

In response to what is written below: Yes and I have responded with the exact same explanation FIVE TIMES. I have done all your ridiculous troubleshooting (which takes hours) yet still, even in this response, Tello condescendingly blames the customer not their bad service.

Every contact you make with this horrible
company, they send you to a new AI sounding rep that asks the same questions over and over and when it’s CLEAR it’s their issue, they just transfer you to a new rep and start the process over.

Do NOT fall for this boilerplate response nonsense. Go with any other provider.

Transferring to Tello

I am on the process to transfer from AT&T to Tello. Tello representatives have been awesome helping me. It is so great that they have live representatives on the phone 24/7. AT&T on the other side only AI services that many times do not understand what I need. I hope my number transfers, so I can forget about AT&T.

Professionalism and quick resolution of my issue by customer service representative Maurice Perez provided me with confidence that I did choose very good company to buy services from. Disappointing experience: Zero flexibility for a new customer.

I joined Tello literally less than 24 hours before their $10 unlimited plan (3-month promotion) started. When I reached out to ask if they could honor the deal for a brand-new subscriber, I was met with scripted, robotic responses. They claimed "the system" couldn't do it and only offered a paltry 30% one-time coupon instead. It’s incredibly discouraging to see a company celebrate an anniversary by penalizing a new customer who joined one day "too early." Avoid Tello if you expect any kind of customer appreciation.
