ITS A SCAM!! THEY ARE REPORTING ALL THE BAD REVIEWS! SO NOBODY CAN SEE ITS A SCAM DONT ORDER ANYTHING

The company is fake, they do not deliver the goods and there is no refund after that, be careful !!!

Stay away they did not give phone or refund I have case opened with visa . They keep blocking reviews when people try to help others not be scammed

The epsslv courier website was created 87 days ago. The telwer website 86 days ago ... coincidence? on July 24, both tracking and telwer messages ceased. coincidence? This is a fraud

So further investigation reveals that the website for the courier they use was created at the same time as their own. Suitably suspicious, cynical doesn’t cover it.

Company is a scam! Said the delivery is lost in lille just like other reviews and the refund is nowhere to be seen! They need to be reported!

They never deliver your order, say it is lost and then offer a refund which never comes. They then report all the bad reviews to try and make it look like its a good company. sym

I have ordered a note 10+ and as many other people i have the same issue where my parcel just stopped mid transit and "got lost". The courier is based in a aviation museum in Latvia and you cant even use any services on their website + the service calculator is broken, which is already screaming that its a scam. Telwer.com are flagging every true review as a violation so that more people would fall for their scam. Wish that i had looked into this a bit deeper before purchase but oh well. I will contact my bank and report as fraud and let them deal with it.

Scam!! Scam!! Avoid !!! I purchased a new iPhone from Telwer. After a week the parcel stopped ... most likely it was never sent or was lost. I do not recommend purchasing any products and stay away from this company.

I paid for an iPhoneXR on 13th July. After watching the delivery progress it allegedly got as far as Lille. Telwer now do not respond to email or answer the telephone and the Courier company do not respond either. I have requested a refund but no reply.
Don’t be taken in by the slick advertising as they don’t deliver what they promise. Very bad service.

I ordered a I phone X maX a few weeks ago and it got lost in transit i was told a full refund would be given and i have yet to receive anything and now they are ignoring my emails , I wouldnt reccommend this comnpany at all were quick to take my money but yet cant refund or answer my emails find it very convenient that my phone has been lost in transit not happy and very angry....,.

I paid €209 for a mobile phone which was alledgedly lost in shipment (transit). I have emailed Telwer and Dmitrijs-Sales Manager for a replacement or refund. We agreed to the replacement but this did not happen either. I have now asked for a refund. Dmitrijs has not responded. I now believe Telwer to be a fraudulent scam and Dmitrijs dishonest. I am sure law enforcement in Latvia will be interested to hear about any dealings. Unfortunately I now doubt I will ever get my money back!!!

Product never arrived. They said to refund me, but they didn't. The site is a SCAM: AVOID it.

Not the best experience,the phone never arrived,due to Shipping issues,they are based in Latvia,so don’t expect next day delivery.
After much tooing and froing we finally secured a refund but this took some time.
Customer service manager was helpful and did his best for us.
In my opinion if you are prepared to wait you may get a good bargain.

I have had a long few days involving this company,and it’s not been all good. I ordered an S9 plus from them,at a very good price but unfortunately after 2 weeks the phone did not materialise,due apparently to a dishonest Latvian shipper,who was stealing the phones!.Its taken nearly a week to finally receive a refund and the whole business left me feeling pretty annoyed.At myself and also at this company.
If you can wait 2 weeks I,m sure you will get a bargain but in my experience if something’s too good to be true.....well,you know.
The saving grace for this firm was Dmitrijs,who after a huge amount of emails both ways did finally secure the refund for me.Had I not had his help in this I would have escalated my case through PayPal,which can take a month to resolve.
He is dedicated but tells me he,s leaving which will be a lose to Telwer. If not for him I would have starred this lower.Good Luck.

Shipping took too long but it was worth it, my new iPhone 11 is as new

Very good definitely would by from here again but the only bad thing I didn’t like is I really didn’t understand the shipment of it all it confused me to where I need to email them about three times but apart from that one little thing it was amazing to be honest
