Terrible service - I demand a refund

The customer service experienced is highly unsatisfactory. Communication is limited to email correspondence, which is frequently unresponsive. Although my package status indicates it has been shipped, there is no tracking number provided, and I am unable to contact anyone to ascertain the current status of the shipment.

Beware beware - when its not your fault they wont refund your money

My package / order was supposedly delivers, Royal mail reported it delivered . But it hadnt. and because it was a temp post man they could not get an accurate position of what happened to the package. Vilana club requested I chase it - OMG. Royal Mail confirmed it should be the sender.

Vilana Club are refusing to refund me - as one of the items is no longer available .

Here is there last response OMG yes can you believe it

After thorough investigation and consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund for your order. There are a couple of reasons contributing to this decision:

1. Claim Rejection: Despite our efforts to rectify the situation with the shipping company, we received notice that the claim we filed was unfortunately rejected. We understand how frustrating this must be for you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has caused.

2. Lack of Control Over Shipping: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and unfortunately, we have limited control over the shipping process. In this case, the missed delivery by Royal Mail has complicated matters, making it challenging for us to ensure a successful resolution. We asked You to understand that it is not our fault in a big Roayl Mail theft.

While we understand that this news may be disappointing, we want to assure you that we are committed to finding a satisfactory solution for you. As an alternative, we would like to offer you store credit for the 80% amount of your initial purchase. This credit can be used towards any future orders with us, and we hope it can help alleviate some of the inconvenience you've experienced.

If you don't like any items, we offer you to send examples of the items You would like and we try to find them for You.

Please confirm what adress We have to use to send shoes?

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Sorry but your services is bad!

Sorry but your services is bad!
I made a order of 4 articles since 3weeks now and i only get one article . They gave me no reason, no excuses. I asked them why and then they gave me a explication , i asked them when i can get the rest of my order, and guess What??? No answer!!! Till know I have no feedback!! I paid for those articles , do think it is professional to work like this?? I don’t think so.
Now , What I want from you is or you give my money back or you send me the rest this week. I Hope I can get an answer from you . Thank you

I have good excelent items

I have good excelent items, don't understand why others are writing about fake.
First time the delivery was little bit longer, but second one very fast.
