Fast, easy, excellent quality.

Really happy with this 120cm Hailee Office Chair Mat! It protects my carpet perfectly, the chair glides smoothly, and it looks great in my home office setup. Good quality, easy to set up, and definitely worth it.

The delivery was quicker than I expected and the sheets I ordered are of excellent quality.

Great quality sheet sets and great info on website, easy to place order and make payment and delivery was quick and I was kept updated with progress.

Have purchased many products from temple and Webster for our new home. From wall sconces to outdoor furniture and everything in between. They have a great customer service to assist with product questions. They also offer after pay type options which was helpful. Will continue to return to temple and Webster for future products we need for our home.

Website is easy to navigate, product description was accurate. Goods arrived were as stated in good condition and on time with a number of notifications in regards to tracking

If I could give them zero stars I would.
Cancelled a online order 12 days ago, 5 minutes after placing the order. One item has been refunded and the other is still pending refunded. Multiple phone calls made to T&W Customer Service and still refund hasn't been resolved. Do better.

Everything went wrong from the start, it was the most mismanaged disorganised experience just to organise an invoice for payment had to open a trade account for me to have government victims assist to pay it.
Every single item I received I was genuinely disappointed in was not the quality that seemed suggested- most of it just came wrapped in plastic even kitchen ware in one box.
The bedframe I got was velvet and had a tear in the material
And they cancelled a 3 piece set of saucepans I’ve already paid for I’ve been emailing them about for 2 weeks since being notified it was cancelled. - still haven’t heard about it.

Terrible company to deal with.
