I purchased a bed from Temple & Webster which has now structurally collapsed and is no longer safe to use.

This isn’t a minor issue — it has directly impacted my sleep and is now causing ongoing neck and back pain, which is affecting my ability to work. Despite raising this as a fault, it has now been over 7 days without a clear resolution.

The most frustrating part is the lack of urgency. When you are selling beds, a structural failure that affects someone’s ability to sleep should be treated as a priority. Instead, the process has been slow, unclear, and requires repeated follow-ups.

I’ve made it clear that:

I don’t have space to store a second bed
The faulty bed is unsafe to use
I need either a replacement arranged (with removal) or confirmation the claim is declined so I can move on

Even with this, there has been no decisive outcome.

I’ve now had to set a final deadline. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be forced to dispose of the bed and escalate the matter further.

Very disappointing experience — especially given how straightforward this issue should be to resolve and the huge mega 500% surge in profits last year, I guess high margin low quality profits has taken focus over consumers sleep safety and solving product failures. Companies always rise then fall with poor leadership and greed taking over safety and repuation.

We ordered an outdoor lounge and I received a message to say it had been delivered. Turned out that we received a kitchen bench trolley. I emailed Temple and Webster who eventually informed me that they didn’t have any of the lounges we ordered in stock and we had to go to quite a bit of trouble to organise pick up of the incorrectly delivered item. I was pretty unimpressed with their delivery charges and after this experience I will never purchase anything from them.

Great products, great prices and fast delivery.

I got what I ordered, most important. It came exactly as described on their website. I ordered a gorgeous floral doona cover with a aquamarine background. The doona cover is also reversable! I got 2x standard sized pillow cases with it. Postage was fair and didn't take long to be delivered. I received email updates from the moment I purchased to delivery. The doona cover came in a plastic wrapping, nicely folded. Definitely recommend this product!

Venetian blind arrived much earlier than projected, very well packaged and good price/quality balance.
Only disappointment was installation instructions too vague regarding bracket placement - had to relocate one to avoid interference with wand mechanism.

Temple and Webster has sent us such beautiful genuine quality furniture for our home, we purchased a dining table, 2 side tables and a gorgeous bar cart that have helped make my house a home and I will be buying a lot more from these guys. So amazing

I've ordered furniture online with other suppliers but they've always been received with damage big and small, my cupboards were in perfect condition and delivery was super fast

Beautiful tv unit however was missing a small piece for the shelf to sit on on one corner other 3 were present in box and also we found a very small paint scratch on front that’s white thankfully it’s not a big one so I’ll source some paint from Bunnings if possible to give it a quick fix.. It was so easy and quick to put together and I did it alone with no issues which was absolutely brilliant.

Temple & Webster just have the best products, they have never failed me. The rugs are great quality and delivery was super fast.

I absolutely love this table. The quality and colour are even better than expected — it honestly looks nicer in person than in the photos. It’s the perfect size and fits beautifully in an outdoor space, but it’s so nice I’m even considering moving it indoors.

The design is stunning, and the overall build feels really solid and high quality. I couldn’t be happier with it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-made table.

I dont know what's going on with T&W. I ordered 2 walking oads that didnt work, it took 3 weeks to get a refund and it has taken another 3 weeks for them to pick up the faulty products and then they didnt turn up when it qws booked for. I've since sent 2 emails for an update. The only time I get a timely response is when I leave a review on a public site. Update 24 April, resent the email with the suggested addition to the subject line and no response from that. Finally got a reply from original email, not with subject addition, saying they'd pick it up today. Will update again if this ever happens. As context, both items I ordered, the original and the replacement were faulty.
