Lovely quality product with proper instruction booklet, the photos on the website are good and they show the correct colour and details, the product was packaged well for the shipping and arrived on time

False misleading pictures. Misleading delivery deadlines and appalling customer service.
We ordered two marble lights, back in January. When we ordered them the delivery time was about 6 weeks. All good. When we got the confirmation email that blew out to March. Not great. Then it was delayed again. When they arrived an additional day later than the second delayed date, they were a completely different colour to the pictures with customer service insisting that it was ‘slight variation’. They were completely different. Not even close. And consequently not useable for our new bathroom. After back and forth we agreed they would refund and I’ve been receiving multiple emails from multiple team members (seriously question them having any form of CRM system that accurately tracks comms) because they’ve only refunded us for one product.
Exhausting and just such a disappointing experience with zero accountability for a 12 week roundabout with nothing to show at the end of it.

Great product and fantastic price but some of the pieces were labelled wrong which created a fair amount of confusion and resulted in having to dismantle the almost-complete bed frame and start again.
Would still recommend.

Just purchased bedroom side tables in multi timber look. So different! Previously purchased chest draws in similar look. Makes our room look very trendy and unique☺️

Sadly did not receive outdoor setting. They don't want anything to do with non delivery. Company seems to reflect their add with the sleazy delivery driver. Shonky at best.
