Total Scammers! Do not order! Garbage quality and terrible service.will not return/refund Or exchange like they state on their website.

As stated in other reviews, the size chart is incorrect. The leggings I received measured 24 inch waist. That was for an xl that was presumably for a waist size 25-40. I have a 29 inch waist. I paid $49.98 and asked to exchange it. The vendor asked for pictures, measurement, all provided. They offered me $5 for my trouble. Worst experience ever. Don't order anything from them. It also took 3 months to receive as the products are shipped from China not the US as advertised. Total sham.

Similar to what others experienced, the "cashmere" leggings I purchased using their women's size chart were not cashmere and were so small that they might only fit a girl less than 90 lbs and less than 5 feet tall. After the seller refused to take them back and offered me an insulting $3 refund on a $60 purchase, I contacted PayPal, told them my story, and was able to get a full refund (without returning the items, which I'll donate to charity).

This site/company is awful. There products are no where near the quality of what appears online on their website. The cashmere leggings when they arrive are very thin on the insulated portion and not soft at all. Their sizing is laughable to real life sizes. I ordered my wife size small as this is what she wears for all her leggings from multiple brands, and she could not get this brand of leggings above her mid thigh.

When I reached out to the company about exchanging for a different size or returning the product for a refund, they refused as they said I ordered a size small and that is what they shipped. No concept within their company of maybe a customer is unhappy with their product and would want to make a return.

I ended up giving the leggings to some neighbor’s kids who are 10! Because apparently an adult size small is the size that these leggings were meant to fit.

WARNING! This company is absolutely terrible! My fiancé surprised me by purchasing two pairs of "cashmere" leggings for our upcoming ski trip and apparently didn't do his review research. Not only did the shipping take forever, but the quality of the product was ridiculously horrible, nowhere near what was advertised, and most certainly NOT cashmere. We reached out to customer service and they gave us an entire runaround, requesting descriptions and pictures of the items we received. We complied, only for them to "ghost" us and end communication. Needless to say, we never received our refund and our now left with this joke of a pair of leggings. If I could rate them negative stars, I would!

Took me over a month to get my order which was for 2 lined legging pants. I ordered a medium because it was for someone who is a size 8. When they arrived a person who is a size 0 could not get them on. Trying to contact someone who is in customer service has been a joke. I asked to return them for new larger items or a credit to my card and to this point they have only asked for a picture of the pants.

I had same problem as everyone else. Ordered in mid November for Christmas, I didn't receive until late January. Super small pants the extra large pair did not even fit my daughter who wears a small. Ask for refund they told me company is in China and it would cost me more to return then what I paid which was $178.43. Then they offered to give me $3.00 for my bad experience. Total fraud DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER

Same as everyone else. Ordered these as an Xmas gift in early November. They just showed up Feb 8th. Not at all what they described. WAYYYY too small. Cheap. Looks hand sewn. Not Sherpa lined. Total fraud. Sent many emails asking about where the leggings where. Got the run around about shipping and tracking. Email sent just now about asking for a refund. Not expecting one after reading everyone else in the same boat. TOTAL SCAMM COMPANY. And by the way. THANK YOU INSTAGRAM for allowing fake companies to advertise on your site.

This website is a total scam. Do not buy. Product NOT as advertised

Awful. Sizing was WAY off and these would not fit a child, even though I ordered a size up. They offered an exchange through a PayPal dispute, but require my return to be shipped to China when the return on the package was Texas. Shipping to China will cost more than the item. If you want to relieve yourself of money, it will be better spent digging a hole and planting it in the ground. This is FRAUD.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I ordered pants 2 months ago they were the wrong size I just wanted to exchange them for the correct size. Their sizing chart is terrible to read and the customer service gives you the run around. I have been emailing back and forth with them for 6 weeks and still cant get an answer on how to return the pants. the sizing is all wrong and the advertising is really misleading. DO NOT buy from them you will regret it.

Absolutely THE WORST company to buy from. After contacting them for over a month they finally sent me a tracking number. Took 2 months to receive the so called "super thick waterproof pants" I've ordered. These are SUPER THIN and NOT water or wind proof. I tried to put the pants on and they won't even pass my tights. I'm 5'4" and weight 120lbs. This company is in China. (Have I known that, I wouldn't have ordered it) in first place. I've contacted customer service after I've finally received my order and they flat out REFUSE to refund me OR EXCHANGE my purchase.
DO NOT fall for this SCAMMING company.
It won't even fit my skinny 16 years old daughter who's 5' tall and weights 98lbs.

Worst worst worst company ever!! Took 9 weeks to receive order, tried cancelling the order 6 times, they refused.Sizing is way off, they refuse to exchange them or refund my money. I'm pissed off and feel ripped off. I waited since before Xmas for this order. size isn't what they said. o er priced. horrible customer service. DONT NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I tried to return an item due to sizing and they told it was not part of their return policy. When I inquired for a copy of said policy all they replied is go to the website. Finally I requested in four separate emails for a supervisor at which point they stopped responding. Waste of money, terrible product. Didn’t realize when I ordered it, this was a Chinese based company

Absolutely a Scam company Do not order from this place... should have done my homework prior to ordering but I didn’t ! Just read the horrible reviews the same thing happened to me!! Wrong size and they will not exchange !! Never again !!

Ordered item in early Dec for a Christmas gift, but the item didn't show up until late January. Then to top it off, I ordered a size med because my wife is somewhat a small person, but the item couldn't fit a kid. I assume this is a china product made for the Chinese. Totally ridiculous. I just wish I was have seen all these reviews first. I'm not sure there is a good here at all.

RIP OFF no one here is saying anything that I didn't experience as well STAY AWAY do NOT give them a penny they are rip off artists. Their sizing is for short people in China not for North American women! I took a picture of the inseam they advertise and the one they send is about 10" difference! Customer service does not exist they say they will take care of any problems but that is All they are is a problem company DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !!!!
