At Tenant Angels, we fight for the rights of tenants in England & Wales.
Specialising in Tenancy Deposit Protection Claims, in the last 12 months alone, we've handled over 1,300 claims for tenants!
The law on deposit protection is very clear, a landlord (or their agent) must protect a tenant's deposit within 30 days of it being paid and it must remain protected for the whole duration of the tenancy until the day the tenant moves out.
If the landlord fails to do this, they have broken the law and the tenant is entitled to the full deposit back plus up to 3x the value of the deposit per breach.
Our service is completely free of charge for tenants and if a tenants would like help with a claim, our partner solicitors operate on a no-win, no-fee basis.
We're a family-run business that is passionate about defending tenants rights. Helping you get exactly what you deserve.

Im having a really positive experience with Tenant Angels. They are incredibly supportive and understanding while Im going through a difficult situation.
They took the time to listen to my case, explained my options clearly, and most importantly, referred me to a solicitor who has now taken my case on. That support made a huge difference and gave me confidence moving forward.
I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Tenant Angels to anyone needing advice or guidance with tenant issues.

I had a very positive experience with Tenants Angels when I discovered that my landlord had failed to protect my deposit as legally required.
From the start, the team was professional, clear, and reassuring. They explained my rights in simple terms and guided me through the entire process step by step. I was initially unsure about making a claim, but they made everything straightforward and stress-free.
Communication was excellent throughout — they kept me updated regularly and were always available to answer my questions. Thanks to their expertise and support, my case was handled efficiently and successfully.
I would highly recommend Tenants Angels to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. They genuinely care about helping tenants and ensuring landlords follow the law.
