They were quick to respond and get on my case. They equally got me a solicitor to look into my case quickly.

Full professionalism and at the same time very friendly and personalised approach. Even if due to my personal circumstances it took me about a year to finally sign an agreement with a solicitor, they always had time for me and checked how I am going (without my feeling to be pushed by them). They are really helpful. Their one-on-one communication style helped them understand the details of our case. They were really meticulous in checking the details of our case. It was a bit time-consuming (but understandable on their part since they need to ensure that the case was not a scam). But Tenant Angels supported us through the process.

Now we have finally filed the claim against the tenancy agency and the agent (who had ghosted us for 4 months) reached out within a single day. He promised to return the full deposit immediately and begged us to withdraw our claim. We did not do that and currently we are waiting for a proper resolution of our claim. Hopefully, we get properly reimbursed for all the distress that the agency put us through.

Using Tenant Angels was quick, easy and very professional. They gather the data and passed it to one of their approved solicitors and the case was assessed. The solicitor is in the process of serving our landlord legal documentation asking why they withheld part of our deposit and not placing our deposit into any of the government approved TDP schemes, which is illegal.
