I received these glasses on August 24, 2025. After wearing them for only 3 weeks, the nose pads came off. I used the replacement pads that came with the product. They came off after 5 days. I have been on the Tenda website and can not find any replacement nose pads to order. I have not been able to find any replacement pads locally or on line. I'm very disappointed with this product. After contacting their "customer service", their reply was to offer to send me 3 sets of nose pads, which will last 2 months. Maybe. Oh yes, they offered me a big discount on my next order.

Arrived as ordered, good quality and worth the price

I was not able to get the glasses I needed because accidentally I hit distance although the had my prescription for close and distance

I had a problem with my order, and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciate the service and value they provided.

The product is nice but will not sit level when wearing the glasses. I have tried to adjust them but to no avail. There were additional items in the box that were shipped but no instructions on what they are for. The value is good but the fit is a bit lacking.

Frame way too large. Doesnt look like display picture at all. Resolution lousy. Customer service super slow.
I won’t wear them, wasted well over $100 USD.

Not worth the price, shop where they want your business.

I placed an order with TendaGlasses (Order #TD20250830A842) and it has never been delivered. After contacting their support multiple times, I kept receiving the same response that my “address could not be found.” This is unacceptable because Amazon, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, and USPS all deliver to my house without any issues.

To make matters worse, TendaGlasses does not provide a customer support phone number, so you are forced to rely only on their website form/email, which leads nowhere. No real resolution has been provided — no delivery, no refund, just excuses.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

I had ordered a pair of glasses with a metallic frame # ME132-Rose-Gold and multifocal progressive lenses on 06/09/2025 from Slovenia. It reached me within the time frame mentioned in the website packaged in a nice soft case with a cleaning cloth and even a small screwdriver and spare nose buds. I had uploaded a proper prescription and the lenses have been perfectly made as per the prescription. The reading, computer and the distance viewing experience has been very good. The frame is very light and comfortable on the nose and temples. The product is of great value for money.

Tenda glasses is a useless company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me a pair of frames that are display only not functional in any way. Can not take their lenses out or put any new ones in. This is their policy if you don't order lenses from them.

Excellent service, product as described

Put in an order for prescription glasses. They processed it as 2 of exactly the same thing. No way to contact them except message on website. Multiple messages, no response. Their Facebook page, no response. WhatsApp no response.

Great experience with this company. Their website is easy to use, they offer free shipping, lightweight, stylish and reasonably priced glasses and spot on prescriptions. I definitely recommend them.

The glasses I received are very thin and light, they would have been ok except that I ordered blue block lenses and paid additional for them but I was supplied glasses with clear lenses making them unusable for screen work! I tried to speak to customer services about the problem but they refused to acknowledge that they had made a mistake so I'm left out of pocket with unusable glasses. I wouldn't trust this site as they are dishonest and poor quality. My advice is spend a little more and get decent glasses from a more reputable company!

Really best prices for my lenses and frames. There are great frames options at cheap prices! I realy like the cut of the glasses, they come in perfectly made. Prescription glasses fit perfectly.

I don't know what happened. The left side works but the right side is out of focus.

I can’t remember how many glasses I bought for me an for my wife at Tenda. But I can say one thing: Tenda ist the best value your money.
