i am not happy with their service.
i recieved crooked glasses, that i cant fix and they wont refund me.

i do not recommend them.

Order TD2025052138FF placed on 5/21/25. No communications until 7/14/2025 when I was informed that my glasses were delivered on 6/16/25 to someone in Miami, FL. I am in Bradenton, FL. Since I replied to Tenda Glasses Customer Service on 7/14/25 they are not answering to my emails, nor providing any info / refunds.

Paid for extra fast shipping, didn't come in time. The customer care rep had bad English and did not understand my point, emails written bad and casual, this is not whatsapp with your friends

I recently sent an email about a glasses I last purchased and the lens soon after put on the glasses showed crack marks but I never received a reply..

I provided a wrong address (the street number was wrong 150 instead of 1050) and did not get my ordered merchandise. Tenda Glasses was not able to contact the courier to fix the problem. To this day I have not gotten my order. I ask for another order and I told Tenda Glasses that I would pay for the shipment and still no action. Very disappointing as I paid $100.00 for nothing.

Great value & quality Titan frame & blue light protection glasses. My favourite glasses so fare :-)
I plan to order soon a nother paar of glasses.

Never sent the product, claimed it was delivered but this could not be proved. There no point paying cheaper if you never receive anything and they ignore your request for support!

This company initially claimed they had shipped the glasses via Yodel, but the tracking numbers provided were not recognised by Yodel. When I attempted to resolve the issue via email, they employed repeated delay tactics for over a month. Eventually, they sent a photo of what appeared to be a random floor covered in parcels, bizarrely claiming it was our address – it clearly wasn’t.

After raising a dispute through PayPal, they suddenly changed their story and claimed a different courier – a Chinese delivery company based in China – had supposedly delivered the item in the UK, contradicting their original Yodel claim.

We never received the product, only false information and time-wasting. The takeaway: stick to established UK-based retailers to avoid situations like this.

Great selection of very reasonably priced glasses frames with superb lens options. The support line is always willing to help its customers.

Good prices. And the frames I bought have been good. However, there's always a problem with not knowing how they fit.

My prescription is not correct so I don’t wear the glasses.

I bought one glasses with bigger lenses to try photochromic lenses (i quite often forgets my sun clip at home) , and it was 7 times less money than i my country (czech republic). My new glasses (# TR193-Black) are good choice for me, its heavier than my other glases, but wearing is comfortable. It looks cheaper than branded glases (not a lot of details,coloring,shapes, overall design, etc), but it is made with good quality and fits with my requirements - looks like standard glasses when lenses are clear and looks wery good outside when lenses darkens (like regular sunglases). Prescription is ok. Shiping was as expected. I willl buy more from here. Good experience

The glasses that I received were not of good quality and I expressed that whenever I got them. Surely after a couple of days the lens began to come out of the frame. You proposed replacing and I suggested a refund for them. Unfortunately, the responses stopped coming after I did not want a remake. Never again

+Buying was easy, shipping faster than was expected.
- It was made and shipped from China. Not mentioned anywhere in the e-shop. It makes impression as it is a UK brand.
Glasses rim not the same as shown in e-shop. It is angled towards center. Looks bad :). I ordered them as prescription and plus polarized. Polarized glass looks of a very poor quality.
Not much of a loss, 35EUR, but still a bummer.
Would not recommend.
