Products are great and great price. Delivery times and customer service is horrible!!! My delivery said it would arrive a certain date and paid extra for it. It came 11 days late. When you message them they just say you have to wait for tracking number. They never process right away and it never gets delivered when it says it will when you pay extra for faster delivery.

They wont send your tracking number and wont reply to your inquiries. Don't trust this company. It will take more than half the time they say for you just to receive your product. No customer service.no way to track your order. They take your money and don't care once they get paid. I bet they'll start replying to me now after I post this negative review. ID GIVE YOU GUYS ZERO STARS IF I COULD. SO WHAT NOW HUH?

They chose a bunk shipper and my order is stuck in transit for who knows how long. Instead of doing the right thing and re-shipping they are hiding and not even answering enquiries. It sucks. Why did they not continue with the same third party shipper as before? We have been waiting weeks.

Easily one of the worst and slowest companies I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been a week and so far there’s no sign of my package coming anytime soon. Just a complete joke of a company.

This company will take your money and then they will not ship your product. Avoid at all costs. They took my money and they refused to give a refund and they refuse to ship the product properly.

I give em' a 4.5 only because there is a hint of distillate in the taste but other than that they are really solid.
I figured I would try out one of their bundles just to check em' and I am more than satisfied with my purchase and my next order will better because of their selections.

The lowest prices for cartridges in Canada! I ordered 4 carts the first time and 2 were replaced because out of stock... Hopefully it is not like that for every order!

First and foremost the site is legit and you do get your stuff! I ordered on a Friday and received by Tuesday morning. I tried a small order and got grape and grape soda carts. The regular grape is yummy and hits nice. The grape soda was not quite what I was expecting and had a odd after taste. I look forward to trying more carts!

I got a coupon for signing up for 10% off AND free shipping. They don't apply the free shipping and expect me to pay over $80 for a $10 cart when I can buy one locally for half of the price. Plus when I contact customer service via chat, no matter the time of day, I never get a response. Horrible customer service. Do not order from here.

Not gonna lie, one of the best, cheapest, with extreme quality. couldn’t ask better! I order every month and never did I had one problem.

order cart is a bundle cost $135 when go to checkout with taxes & shipping it say cart will be $301 costing $50 each not what advertised

The process are awesome, very fair not overblown like most sites ....I've only ordered a couple times but so far no complaints, I will be ordering more ,im waiting on my next order as I write this

dude everyone hates on these people but they are great. I've ordered dozens and dozens of times, they always come through, fast shipping, everyone loves em. Any time there is a mistake, I will email support and they will do their best to fix it in a matter of hours. stop hating.

I ordered the 15 cart bundle deal , and only received 13 carts. Contacted customer service and no apologies just no talk of getting me what I paid for. Just wanted to know if I took a video of me opening my mail. Who videos themselves opening the mail. On top of that this site charges a ridiculous amount of "tax". . I've never been charged tax on any other MOM that I've used. We all know these MOMS don't pay taxes since technically these sites arenot legal. So why am I being charged taxes. Pretty sure they just do that to make up for the fact they sell so cheap.DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. USE PACIFIC CANNY INSTEAD. The jokers couldn't even get my first order right. Then tried to make it seem like I did something by not taking a video. Would give zero starts but I can't. THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONY 10$ CARTS

Great delivery time, came in a few days.

Placed my order on a Tuesday, by the following Monday my order was still on hold and hadn’t been processed. I was in contact with Alex about the issue and was assured it was being worked on. I ended up canceling the order that day after receiving like 5-6 emails since my purchase for me to order more. Why don’t you try fulfilling your orders on time before jamming my inbox with spam to order more. Very disappointed

Well, it took 6 days to get my stuff for starters. They said ship next day and it shipped 3days later. Then they shorted me one cart out of the eight i ordered. So think im done with these guys unless they make it right.
