Flavors are gross

Everything in the purchase and shipping process was smooth. But the "flavors" they offer are an absolute joke. I emailed them once saying, "This cart tastes really bad. Should I throw it out?" and didn't get a response. The "ice cream cookies" tastes like ginger. The "root beer" tasted like nutmeg. I've only found two flavors that taste decent, and that's the cherry and the watermelon

Short shipped 5 carts…

I ordered the 30 cart bundle with 8 bonus carts but only recieved 33 carts. I was short shipped the 5 water mellon. I sent 2 messages but have been totally ignored.

Didn't send 4 carts out of my 17 cart…

Didn't send 4 carts out of my 17 cart order (ordered 17 and only received 13 carts)

Have emailed them and not yet received a reply, still waiting for a resolution

Reached out to support and was able to provide the necessary proof to receive my missing items. They have indicated that they will sending out the 4 missing cartridges free of charge. A final update will be made upon reception of the package.

No customer service

No customer service two week delivery told just to wait ignored took four days of processing to get out of warehouse used third rate courier that got lost no help from them

Amazing

I have placed two orders and received exactly what I wanted, first time I ordered on a Thursday and received on Monday, next time I ordered last Thursday amidst the Canada post strike and I did not receive much follow up for about 5 days but on the following Wednesday I received an email with my tracking number saying it was shipped with dragonfly. That same afternoon the package arrived. I understand this is a popular website and probably a small “business” so the customer support may lack at Times but I trust this website

I've ordered dozens of cartridges of of…

I've ordered dozens of cartridges of of this site before with little to no casualty. Today I received the notification saying my package was delivered, expected my package either in my mailbox or by my front door. Nothing was there when i went to check. I found this quite strange and I've read other reviews of similar things happening. Hopefully I'll be able to get sent another order or at least a partial reimbursement

Fake shipment

Placed a order MAY 16TH, multiple days after they promised shipment every single day when I requested. But never responded to my live chat after I realized they never shipped my order, In the morning finally they sent me a tracking number with ICS courier, but it is not valid.. I contacted their customer support and they told me their tracking number are NOT formatted the way they sent me. It say's not found on their site as well and I'm starting to think I'm getting scammed. I will update the review accordingly if anything happens.

Never sent out order

They didn’t send out my order because someone with a similar name in a different part of Canada also ordered. They never sent me tracking info and when I inquired about it they sent my tracking info for someone else’s order. Still haven’t recieved my order.

Pissed tf off

Idk wtf is wrong with their customer service, they’re losing ratings, losing customers, and losing reputation based off this, they have had orders on hold for 2 weeks now me and my friends order is still yet to be processed and they accepted the etransfer. this is bs lol and they never respond on email or on live chat

No shipment

I ordered on the 15th, my first order went great shipped easily. They have accepted my money when it's been a whole business week. Canada post strike occurred yes, but they already switched to Purolator to negate the delay and I've had no response from live chat or a viable response from email. Canada post strike is called off now, I hope they ship my order throughout this weekend..

Sad to say Ive had the exact same…

Sad to say Ive had the exact same experience as others. First order was good, processed and shipped fast. Now Order on May 19, money accepted and now my order is complete with no tracking. Exactly as others have said. All atempts of contact are unanswered. Really not happy

I ordered on the 16th and it still says processing. I haven't received any confirmation of shipping or anything. I hope it's just because it was the long weekend and the potential postal strike.

5x2g Vape Bundle

Im satisfied with the vapes quality, and size. It's nice to see the testing displayed on the website as well for piece of mine. I have to say as well these are the only thc vapes ive found with any sort of flavour or smell. Great price, fast shipping over all I will be shopping again

Customer service does help

I realized I had made a mistake after my order was complete. I emailed them and got a response within 10 minutes. They allowed me to cancel my order and put in a new one. Customer service does reply back. They cannot do a thing if stuff gets stolen out of your mailbox.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam, showed my 300$ order was delivered it was not. I've been reaching out to customer service now for 3 weeks with no response. What a joke! Don't EVER order from this place!! I even contacted canada post and they weren't the reason I never received my product. Just a complete scam if I've ever seen one!!

So apparently the only time you will get a response is if you write a bad review to which they have responded to me with an email stating the following at 1241 am,

I wanted to clarify that our shipping insurance exclusively covers errors during transit, not situations where packages are marked as delivered but not received. To enhance the security of your shipments, we recommend considering a PO Box, especially if the delivery location poses a risk of theft.

We suggest opening a ticket with Canada Post so they'll investigate the issue on their end. Please let us know their response, we can send you a replacement if they declared it lost or missing.

I responded back right away and now again absolutely NO response. Like wtf is this?! Don't EVER order from this company again. Complete joke! And btw, our mail boxes each have individual keys which we own, there's no possibility of theft and I updated them on the ticket I opened with canada post and everything and they stopped responding.
