I did an order on tennisplanet.de as I found the prices to be very competitive compared to other websites. I placed my order on the 17th of November and until this moment the order has not arrived. I do not know where it is and no one is replying to my emails.
I asked to have my order cancelled but no one has replied until now.
This is my first time using Tennis Planet and definitely the last time. I am really unsatisfied with my experience here!!!!
Very bad experience with this shop. Item supposedly available then dismissed for over 1 month and no response. Please use another shop.

The items offered are not in stock! No customer service! Contact only via email and the response time is unacceptably long. The money is deducted immediately, but the ordered items are not sent out for days because they are not in stock and must first be purchased from the manufacturer. No possibility to cancel the order. The customer pays and runs after the things they ordered! Simply bad and extremely dubious
Everything. There was no possibility to contact the customer service. My order was promised to be sent in 3 to 5 days, nothing happened. The object I need urgently is in stock, another not. BUt they don´t react to send me the object. An there is no way to cancel the whole order. No more again!

After I picked the racket that I wanted, it was listed as in stock, a note was showed where I was offered items that match to the racket. I picked a buffer ( Dämpfer ) , there was no more info. My order went in on Saturday and I was written that the items would be send in around 3-5 work days and I would be informed.
I waited until Thursday and still didn’t hear anything so I called and asked where my order was. I was informed that my order was not sent yet because the buffer that I ordered needed to be ordered from the manufacturer (?). I cancelled the buffer so that I was able to get my racket after 8 days!
Not what I expected. Since then I ordered the buffer and a few other items at another company.
The problems start when everyone thinks that someone else is responsible. The customer should not have to call to find out where his items are.

In some rare cases it can happen that the actual information about the delivery time we get from the supplier is longer then normally. We can not control that, but only inform you and remind our suppliers about it. We are sorry for the inconveniences you had to experience.
