The glasses have got far too expensive. I've been buying them for years now as I love them and I've always been loyal to Tens, I love the classic style ones but there's never any decent colours now. I had some teal ones years ago and since then I can never find anything apart from black, tortoiseshell and navy. Very friendly staff but just not the same company I loved a few years ago and I can't really afford them anymore 😩 Sorry! Just being honest x

I now have four pairs of Tens sunglasses, and they are all absolutely game changing. I love that they fit my face very well and aren't oversized (I have a smaller-sized face). The quality is great, they feel very well made. The lenses are the stars, though — I dearly love that they change how the world looks and they absolutely improve my mood. Especially Spectachrome. They truly transport you.

I love this company, and I can't wait for them to put out new lenses to add to my collection.

I considered these for a while before purchasing but was very glad when I did. I got the classic lens and they really do make the world look so much nicer which affects your mood, lots of wow moments wearing them and great that they have UV protection.

My only suggestion is if there were more 'pick your lens experience' photos on the website, I ended up checking out other people's posts on the internet where they've taken photos through their lenses to get more of an idea of what they look like but there aren't many of those out there. Would gladly pick up some more different lenses if I could get a good idea of how they look in real time too- and the product seems fantastic so far so why not show it off more

I live in Switzerland, and who knew the rolling hills could look even more perfect through these lenses!

Frames are slightly smaller than I thought

I recently purchased some Tens (model: Tommy)... very clean design and of a quality that is great value for money. As compared to my other shades of a very well known franchise, I’d say they are pretty much neck and neck. One thing I’d say they definitely have the edge on is the filtered lenses... sunsets never looked so good.

Customer support is fantastic; prompt and cheery. I shall be recommending Tens to friends, family and anyone else who enquires really. Really great stuff Tens, Bravo 🏆

I bought Spectachrome glasses as a gift for my husband, and he could not be happier :) Great filter, good quality, and fast delivery. My only surprise was the extra charge I needed to pay because of our duty and VAT regulations - but I realized this is the new reality due to Brexit. Overall it was a great experience to buy from you.

Recently ordered the Billy frame with Tropic High lenses and couldn't be more delighted! The quality of both frame and lenses is amazing, and the customer service was great and very helpful when I wasn't sure which lenses to choose. I love the company ethos, and the world looks a whole lot nicer through my favourite new sunnies!

Recently received my “Flint - Originals” and the world around me became that much more visually incredible..
Will eventually try out the “Spectachrone” -shades, so perhaps a loyalty program would be welcome addition to the customer experience..

i got last year tropic high as a present-but i have problem that blue top part is too wide so i have to keep head up high in order to have stuff in middle of frame in that nice warm color... i love the frame but wonder if there is way to change glass somehow...

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses to try on... one was a classic black frame and the other was a clear frame. I was looking for something that’s stylish, good quality and actually blocked out the sun. The sunglasses arrived and they are just what’s expected! Gorgeous! I decided to return a pair and order a different shape in the clear frame. Returns was dead simple and quick refund. Great service!
