A communication company that didn’t communicate
I had a disappointing experience with this company. Despite having “communication” in their name, communication throughout the hiring process was very poor.
After going through multiple interview rounds, including a final face-to-face interview, I received no updates regarding the outcome of my application. There was no follow-up, feedback, or status update despite the time invested in the process.
When I reached out to express my disappointment about the lack of communication, the response I received was simply, “Sorry you didn’t get the role,” without addressing why there had been no communication after the final interview stage.
If you plan to work with them professionally, it may be worth setting clear communication expectations and service-level agreements from the beginning.
