I paid a small fee to create a privacy policy and didn’t understand that I’d be billed a monthly subscription. When reaching out to customer service they handled a refund politely and promptly, while also explaining why I was billed. Great customer service

Fast efficient and good
Not only did I get a fast, useful document but I hadn’t realized I had subscribed to a membership. When I responded to the email asking to cancel this is the only company I’ve ever dealt with that immediately responded, fixed the problem and then followed up (just once not 100 marketing emails) to make sure I was good. 10/10 on customer service, speed of delivery, and useful service. In a world where everyone is trying to do everything making every user experience super complex - this was a breath of fresh air.

I had a terrible experience with Termify.io. I paid for a 7-day trial, but their service didn’t work properly — I never received an actual account, it was just a session-based interaction. Several documents I generated had wrong names and formats, and I couldn’t even download them correctly.
I strongly recommend avoiding Termify.io.
