Same as all the other one star reviews: You purchase a document for $1.99 and they do sign you up for a subscription of $39.99. My credit company alerted me so it is a well known unrecognized charge by Documentify. If Documentify believes it's a legitimate sign up then they are sneaky and not clear about it!

I used the service to get medical POA for a family member's disabled adult child. I didn't know a second payment would be coming out the same month. I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Within a few minutes Ernesto responded back and had refunded the fees. I have never received such a quick response. Thanks Ernesto!!

I used Documentify to produce a legal document. I hesitated to put my credit card information in because of possible fraud and problems cancelling. The software was very user friendly but unfortunately wasn't just what I needed. I canceled the subscription and it was handled within the hour with courteous, professional service. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use Documentify again.

I chose Documentify to provide me with a bill of sale.
I chose Documentify to provide me with a vehicle bill of sale template because they only charged $1.99 for a 7 -day trial. It was easy to fill-in-the-blanks of the well-worded Document. The buyer was impressed, too. Canceling the trial on day 7 was a bit tricky, but there were real people manning the website to assist when I explained that the code wasn't working. I'll use them again should the need arise.

I purchased a "Bill of Sale" document…
I purchased a "Bill of Sale" document from Documentify for the sale of a class 8 truck. The document was complete and easy to fill out and print, with copies for the buyer and seller.
Only issue was that I was signed up for a subscription that I did not request. My credit card was charged $39. I contacted Documentify and was refunded the money. I was contacted personally via email with an apology. I feel better about their services now.
I would use them again, but on an as needed basis, not a subscription basis.
