Bad products and even worse customer service
I bought an £18 colouring book from the store for Christmas. Myself and my daughter coloured the first page and the paper is so thin it's seeped through multiple layers of paper. I let the store know and they sent me the most back handed email ever. Won't be purchasing again also unsubscribing my daughter from his channel

Overcharging for postage
I was purchasing on line books for my grand kids from:

In process of ordering I was offered free shipping. I ordered 3 book and the message on the page print CONGRATULATIONS! YOU UNLOCKED FREE SHIPPING. So I proceed to my basket to pay for my order and than I notice I was charge for postage?
To be sure it was not me doing ordering wrong. I process again the order process, Again I did qualified for free postage, but AGAIN they charge me in invoice postage cost. So I contacted the the shop TEERA GREEN by email,
>>Please contact terragreen and we will assist you with your order. Please give us 24 hours to respond. <<
But I am completely ignored. I find this quite dishonest and not getting reply with the explanation tells me there is something shady with the shop.
