Two weeks ago I’ve ordered a jumping spider and a “kit” from this guys that was shipped on 29.04.2024 and today ( 07.05.2024 ) my jumping spider came out dead from the package! The spider was “packed” in a vial way too big for it, with a damp tissue on the walls and huge amount of empty space to bounce in when transported! It was stone cold when I’ve touched it! Most probably the poor thing died from the cold a day or two after it was shipped! There was no heating pack at all.
I’ve contacted Samir and he told me the best he can do is to offer me a 10% discount if I order a new jumping spider! I’ve told him that I won’t risk another dead pet and pointed out that there was no heating pack at all! He replied that the heating pack was not needed ( I’ve paid 3.99 euros extra for live stock packaging ) since temperatures in Italy were 20+ degrees. Then he offered 15 euro voucher if I ship my next order with UPS. I’ve told him that the only reasonable thing for me is to offer me a refund for the jumping spider, not a full refund, a refund for the spider! He refused! So that’s why you’re reading this!
I won’t even comment on the jumping spider “kit”! It is ridiculous. A plastic salad container with some coconut fibre in it, two pieces of moss and a plastic tweezers…. The lid is on top, where the spider is supposed to build its web, so you’ll destroy it every time you try and open the salad container … as I said - ridiculous!
The shipping was supposed to come in 4-5 days according to Samir, it took twice as much! TBH I can’t blame him for that! Things like that happens! The problem is not that I’ve had a bad experience with my delivery! The problem is that I’ve kept having a bad experience once I’ve contacted and later on confronted them!
So … long story short - think twice before order anything from this place and keep in mind that they seems to be total amateurs when it comes to packaging and shipping!

When I first bought from the store, I ordered a tarantula sling and a jumping Spider. But sadly the T arrived dead.. I was really upsat..That is what can happen when purchasing pets online and ship them. Shipping pets always comes with risks that you sometime have to take.. However after I explain to Samir everything that happened. He gave me an insane offer that I just can't turn down. I manage to get a hold of 2 sub adult birupes simoroxigorum for a steal price. They both arrived safe and is now in good hands. I highly recommend him to everyone that want to buy pets online but never really know where.. Well this is the place ;).
