Great Customer Service

Robert was extremely helpful in getting my order out on time and in extremely short notice. Despite the fact is was a small order in terms of $'s, Robert spend a great deal of time to be sure it was taken of that day. I am appreciative of his efforts and will certainly use Terra Universal again.

Nathan was helpful

Nathan was helpful. He was able to answer my question. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because he didn't give the answer clearly enough on the first ask, but he was quick to correct/clarify after I asked again.

Daniel Cardona- Sales Engineer

Daniel is amazing, helpful and patient! Earned this customers trust 100%

So happy with the experience I've had with the help of Daniel who has been kind, helpful and patient with every communication. I had initially reached out about a glovebox set-up on a limited budget and Daniel worked patiently with me step-by-step and took multiple calls over weeks trying to organize everything. Unfortunately due to internal delays on our end, the process for approval took months and eventually a used internal system was identified for use. So even though we could not move forward with a purchase, the interactions with Daniel along the way and his patience and understanding with the situation is really how you build trust and a good relationship with customers that makes me want to use Terra Universal for help with needs in the future.

Liam from Terra was extremely helpful in procuring and securing a sales order for our companies HEPA filter fan, as well patient with our cost accounting and purchasing team. Highly recommend ordering any product from Terra, team members are very willing to work and communicate.

Price was on the high side, especially with shipping and handling but the customer support was very good. Liam was able to guide us through the quoting and payment phases with prompt responses.

After I ordered these gloves, you sent an e-mail telling me they were not stock, and 8 to 12 weeks away. Your website had no clue that I saw that there was no stock.
I will find someone in China who has stock,

To clarify, Terra does not share 3D drawings for some products as they contain proprietary information. I do see that our sales team did share PDF drawings of the products. Ship dates are approximate, and in this case, we took extra precautions to properly crate the order for international shipping to ensure your products arrive safely. Product Warranty Claim

A while back, we ordered BioFit ISO6 chairs for our newly renovated GMP cleanroom facility, and the ordering process went very smoothly. Recently, we encountered an issue with one of the chairs and reached out to Terra Universal for assistance.
Mr. Loren McAdoo responded promptly and efficiently to process a claim to resolve the issue.
We are extremely satisfied with the way our inquiry was handled and truly appreciate Mr. McAdoo’s professionalism and support. It was a pleasure communicating with him.
