With so many products available, I love the chat feature. The salesperson was quick with information, efficient with my time, and very knowledgeable. My entire exchange took less than 5 minutes.

Good sales chat experience. I visited the site nd started a chat to receive a quote. The chat went smoothly and the quote was received in a timely manner.

We purchased a laminar flow hood unit. The brand new hood failed certification multiple times. The hepa filters failed leak testing on two separate certification attempts, and the unit failed smoke induction testing. Screws were falling out of the front sash upon arrival, and the side of the unit was bent yielding the unit leaning. There are gaps in the welding seams in the unit that are not GMP compliant for ISO 5 certification.
They sent a replacement hepa filter that also failed another certification attempt (which they invoiced us for). After multiple attempts to get the unit up to industry standard certification, and we requested a refund was denied. We've submitted photos of the issues and provided the failed certifcation reports. Customer service has been disappointing from the time we purchased the hood, through the (very much delayed) delivery, and throughout all the communication of the defective unit. Terra representatives that we've been communicating with throughout the process include Emmanuel, Eduardo, and Zach and they are not concerned with resolving the issue.

My experience with Jesus so far has been great—he’s been prompt, clear in communication, and helpful with my order details. Since my order is still in process, I’m giving 4 stars for now, but I’m looking forward to updating my review once everything is complete.

I needed to send 3-4 Purchase orders to work with the Terra Universal System. Other companies accommodate to PO's to make purchasing as easy as possible for the buyer. Not Terra Universal

We ordered 5 rooms with FFU’s , sensors and a central control center. The process was smooth , clear and at a great price. They kept their promised time of delivery. The support during the installation was great. I appreciate Taso, Emmanuel , Trevor, Loren and Carmen for their support during this whole process. They were amazing and did a fantastic job.

Great experience and very professional. Little disappointed there was a miscalculation in the shipping charge and I ended up paying $300 more after I ordered it. I still give it a 5 star but that was frustrating.

One of our FFU's was damaged in shipping and Emmanuel from Terra Universal quickly responded and was able to offer me an exchange at no charge. Very professional. Thank you Emmanuel and Terra Universal.

I've enjoyed working with Taso Giokas for our lab needs. He is very responsive and gives us good prices on the equipment. Terra is one of the first places to go to for lab equipment.

Fantastic interactions, very helpful and exceptionally patient especially as I was not certain what was required. Jesus guided me expertly, with immense understanding and patience, always communicated promptly and clearly.

Our cleanroom was designed by Terra Universal and built by a third-party contractor. We have had a few hiccups with needing replacement parts and onsite troubleshooting. We had Terra Universal engineers onsite to help troubleshoot our sliding doors - they came prepared with a truck load of parts in case they needed to re-install brand new doors. This wasn't needed but we appreciated that they came prepared for the worst-case scenario. It is expensive to have them come onsite, so we appreciate that they are thorough and wouldn't have made it 2 visits by needing to order parts, etc.

We also needed to order new lights that went out after our HVAC leaked. Eduardo Cordova from Terra Universal was very helpful in helping us order new parts, and also sending replacements when the parts we received were damaged during shipping.
