I ordered birthday flowers for my wife from this shop, expecting a simple, timely delivery. Instead, they canceled my order without any notice—no email, no call, nothing. I only realized something was wrong late Saturday, when it was too late to make other arrangements.
Thanks to their complete lack of communication and responsibility, I was left scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for time-sensitive occasions.
If you care about reliability or customer service, look elsewhere. I won’t be using them again—and I suggest you don’t either.

When I was finally was able to actually place an order - within 5 minutes, I received an email that the arrangement was unavailable. Called again and was told they have no flowers available. What kind of a florist has no flowers available????? Found another, hopefully reputable florist in the area. Fingers crossed. But whatever you do - don't even bother with his outfit.

Ordered $130 floral arrangement for Mother’s Day. This was on the Thursday prior to Mother’s Day. Friday afternoon I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to lack of supplies. They were kind enough to charge my CV for the order. I waited a week for a credit, then emailed them. They stated it would take 3-5 business days (it had already been 5 business days). Emailed again, waited 3 more days. Emailed 3 days after that before they finally processed my credit for a charge that never should have initiated. Stay away from this business.

I'd give a 0-star if I could. I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day (I live out of state). Instead of calling hours later to say they didn't have the flowers, or instead of substituting for a different arrangement as their website states they will do if unavailable, they refunded my money and sent an email that went to the spam folder. All their other emails came through just fine. Here it is Monday and only after calling them did I find out about the refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRY'S FLORIST FOR ANYTHING!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !! Falsely advertised as local flower shop. Even showed a picture of “Terry” with some bogus write up about a family owned business for over 25 years. Ordered an arrangement for a special event that was never delivered!! I called them three times to see where the flowers were and the rep who sounded like she was from Southeast Asia lied to me saying they were out for delivery each time. She also said she was calling the local shop but they were too busy to answer any calls. All lies. She also lied and said they were based in Ft Lauderdale but could not give me their address or the address of the local florist filling the order because they “do not have a certificate of occupancy”. She wanted to argue with me when o said I’m canceling and demanding a refund. I took up the issue with my credit card company and canceled my card. Change your credit card number after making a purchase with them!! This will be reported to the Florida Attorney Generals office as a fraudulent business, engaging in unfair and deceptive business practices etc and if they don’t issue a refund, it’s also civil theft. If you google local florist “Terry’s Florist “ pops up over a dozen times in different locations. They have tons of different sites so you can’t even locate an actual brick and mortar florist locally. Very scary Seo on google.

I ordered flowers and full-sized card from Terry's Florist on April 30, 2025 online to be delivered for my daughter's birthday on May 1, 2025. Several hours later I received a text from "Ruth's Roses" saying the order could not be filled, but I would receive a full refund on 3-5 business days. It is now May 7th and not only have I not received a refund, but I am having to provide documentation to my bank of the transaction and their inability to fill my order to dispute the transaction. I have since learned that Terry's Florist is operating outside the US and is a total SCAM!

I googled local florists in the town I needed and Terry's Florist came up as being local. I now know that that isn't true, but the site is misleading. You select your arrangement and after you have entered your credit card info they add on an $18.99 service charge that isn't disclosed until after you've entered payment. I ordered two days ahead of delivery and requested the flowers be delivered to an office before noon as the office closes early and I wanted the recipient to have the flowers on her desk most of her birthday - delivery was confirmed and nowhere did it state that they were objecting to the delivery time. Noon on delivery day came and went with no delivery. Finally had to call Terry's only to be put on hold for extended periods (which is when I realized that they are nothing more than a broker that takes and farms out orders, because they had to keep calling the actual local florist) only to be told that the flowers would be there this evening - after the office is closed. I had to argue to get them to get the delivery made 'within 1-2 hours.' Flowers finally arrived and are NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered. The recipient told me where the flowers came from so I called the floral shop that actually made the arrangement and delivered it, and it was explained to me that Terry's only gives them a brief description of the types of flowers that should be in the arrangement and a dollar amount to work with - they are not provided with an arrangement name or photo, so they don't really know what they're putting together and there is no chance it will look like what was ordered. On top of that, the dollar amount given was $30 less than the cost of the arrangement online!! So, Terry's Florists took $30 from the $69.99 that I paid, PLUS they also charged me $18.99 for a service fee, on top of what they keep from the floral shop - they made $50 off of my order for doing nothing but screwing it up!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM TERRY'S FLORISTS - go directly to the local floral shop. Terry's rips off local florists and you will not get what you order - please give your money directly to the local small business florist in the town you are ordering for.

I upgraded my order and what was received was totally unacceptable and not even close to the photo on ordering page! This is a bate and switch company, dishonest, poor quality and service. This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with!!! I live 3 states away from my daughter, I ordered my flowers and balloons 24 hours before I ask them to be delivered for her birthday. I specified please deliver in the AM because my daughter was leaving work early and would be gone for a few days. It was 3:30 before they got delivered and the flowers were so disappointing and I had ordered 4 balloons and they did not get delivered. That's one thing, but when I called to ask why nobody contacted me about making a substitution for another arrangement, I was told there were NO flowers available in the entire area. They charged me extra for deluxe arrangement, and sent a glass jug with uneven cut flowers, some not even in the water. PATHETIC !charged me for balloon that was never delivered.

We would like to inform you that service fees apply to all delivery orders (as it goes towards the day-to-day running costs of our development and is used to cover for the cost of hazard pay for our employees, items such as buildings insurance, maintenance, repairs, etc.).
The service fee is always disclosed to our customers whether ordering online or over the phone with one of our sales representatives. On our website when placing an online order, once you enter your credit card information it takes you to a page with a summary of the order which discloses the service fee, taxes and final price that you are agreeing to pay.

Scam!!! Not a local florist. Scamming the whole country. Extra fee of $19 drives up price at the end of transaction. Flowers never delivered. Then call center said they had to investigate for 48 hours before making anything right. Never order from them!

Placed n order this morning for today’s delivery. I even had the lady check to make sure they had the plant I wanted delivered and was assured it wasn’t available along with it being delivered today. I specifically asked them if they were located IN Payson, UT and they said they were… this evening I checked with my dear friends who lost their daughter yesterday, to see if their plant had been delivered. NO. I contacted Terry’s Florist and they admitted it had not been delivered because they didn’t have the plant in stock! HORRIBLE… I’ll be watching for my refund and if it doesn’t come, I’ll be getting my credit card company involved to get it back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS…

My mother attempted to purchase sympathy flowers for my wife, whose mother recently passed away. After ordering flowers several days ahead of time through Terrysflorist.com she was contacted on the day of delivery, mere hours before the flowers were due to be delivered, to be advised that they had no flowers available at all, due to a supplier issue. Such a scam, and such a horribly cruel one at a time when even a small gesture could have meant the world to someone who is genuinely hurting.
