Refused to honour the 21 month interest free period on purchases that I applied and was accepted for on the internet, charged me interest on my first month's bill, lady at customer services advice was pay your bill in full including interest charge cancel your account. MISSOLD a product and you charge me for it !!!

I had a lot of problems hearing the lady on the phone. I explained about the line being quiet and that I wear hearing aids and could she slow down but to no avail. She just kept on talking fast and basically left it that I had 30 days to cancel when the information arrived in the post. No attempt to try and work with my disability.
