I called Tesco Bank to explain my…


I called Tesco Bank to explain my situation and initially spoke to a representative. After I explained my issue, I was placed on hold for around 5 minutes. I was then informed that my call would be transferred, and I was put on hold again for about 8–10 minutes. Unfortunately, after waiting, the call was unexpectedly disconnected.

I tried calling back multiple times afterwards, but I was unable to get through again, which was very frustrating as I still needed support regarding my issue.

I hope Tesco Bank can look into this matter and improve call handling and communication so customers are not left waiting or disconnected without explanation.
