This is a fraudulent company affiliated / not affiliated with O2. They set up a new contract and handset without my permission when suggesting they were dealing with something else - a bolt on for travel which is what i requested. One of the customer service people called me an idiot and told me to go and f*** myself. I've spent the whole day on to O2 trying to cancel this upgrade. Complete Scammers
