Model y seat back covers don’t work

The rear seat covers don’t work. The velcro fitting is ok but the bottom of the cover isn’t fixed to the seat at all. Every time I fold and unfold the rear sets the cover catches and bends. Tesery suggested that I try to fix it with velcro that I buy myself with a desultory offer of $15 - I told them not to bother.

A product should be designed to work seamlessly with the vehicle's features, and it is unacceptable that the cover is catching and bending due to inadequate fixation at the bottom.We also apologize that the initial suggestion from our team was for you to purchase and apply your own Velcro, even with the offer of a $15 credit. We recognize this is not a proper solution to a product design or quality issue, and we regret that we put the burden of fixing the product onto you.
We will inform the customer service staff to adjust the solution and provide you with satisfactory service.
We value your feedback on the functional defect, and we will be using this information to review the design and attachment mechanisms of these seat back covers with our supplier to prevent future issues.

The problem with using Tesla Apple CarPlay in Australia was resolved quickly with refund.
(This device is not permitable to work in Australia in driving mode).
Bought a few other things and they are perfect.

I ordered a yoke with controls. It took a month and a half and received a yoke with no controls, not what I ordered and paid for, need the correct product.

slow processing time by the company

I ordered a set of lug nuts on the 8th of Oct and on the 14th, they start processing the order. Sorry, but 7 days before you start processing the order is not good enough.

Absolutely no return policy

Absolutely no return policy. Customer support ignores all emails — they ask for photos, you send them, but they claim they never received anything. Even when I sent screenshots and asked for a WhatsApp number to re-send, they completely ignored me. Based on my experience, you can find better service and lower prices on other Tesla websites.
