I never received product we says it was delivered to my porch. My Ring camera shows no one on my porch around 6pm.

The 7 inches monitor doesn't work

The 7 inches monitor doesn't work. Is burned. We reach to connect him once and then stopped to work.
The steering wheel makes a noise when it is turned.

I had high hopes for Tesery.com, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The seat covers I ordered were of very poor quality — they began to stain just from normal use within days of installation. This is unacceptable for a product marketed as premium.

To make matters worse, customer service was unresponsive. It took several days just to get a reply, and when I submitted a warranty claim (only two weeks after receiving my order), I was ignored. After following up, I was told it was “too late” to file a claim — despite my initial contact being well within a reasonable timeframe.

Additionally, the shipping process was painfully slow. It took over a month from the time I placed my order to when it finally arrived.

Overall, I cannot recommend Tesery.com. Between the subpar product quality, poor communication, and lack of accountability, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

During this period, our client also got in touch with you and provided a cleaning method for the seat cover. If it doesn't work, you can also try other cleaning methods.

Although the white seat covers are aesthetically pleasing, they tend to get dirty easily and need to be cleaned regularly every week.
We will gradually improve the problems you have encountered, such as slow logistics and untimely customer service response.

The ring I purchased did not work with…

The ring I purchased did not work with my car, the frunk LED lights do no have the required connection, and the car seat covers did not fit a snug as advertised. I would like to return and get a refund for ring and frunk LED lights because I can’t use them.

Readers; A live human's review of Customer Service from this Company. As details do not help, then a broad brush summary is in order. I had an Issue with an item gotten from this Company. My email was sent, in record time came a reply. A few more emails and the Issue was solved. And there was no AI nor, worse, some Hindu from South Africa, who's only English skills are what he/she/it has memorized from the computer screen. So for both products and Customer Service, this writer gives the Company-TOP MARKS!

Not ordering from these, off to Amazon instead

Before i purchase anything, I always read the reviews to get a feeling for the company.

I wanted an model 3 steering wheel cover and the one on Tesery is the best looking one compared to the amazon one, this companys has like a golf ball effect on the Alcantra material.

Having seen a 61% star rating at one percent, this just yells avoid avoid avoid.

Off to Amazon instead with delivery coming tomorrow and not in weeks that the majority of bad and good reviews state.

Again and again till satisfied

Original order of a screen protector arrived cracked. Replacement was also cracked. The next replacement came with even more packaging and also included another screen protector just in case 1 of them was damaged in shipping. Tesery is very customer oriented. Will buy more from them in the future.

No customer service. Horrible return policy.

I ordered the wrong center caps for my new Model Y. Your "support" person tried to argue with me that they have to fit. "There's no other type of center caps."
My after market wheel covers that I have don't work with your center caps. I received the replacements. There are no lug nut showing...Y'all are even asking for video, but not to open the package.
As I mentioned I never claimed my 10% discount so I was asking for a postage paid label emailed to me since I would most likely order from you again.

Over 2 weeks still nothing.

Over 2 weeks. Order still hasn’t shipped. Offering accessories that aren’t even supported anymore. Wish I would have ordered somewhere else. These same parts can be ordered on multiple similar websites.
