I've been charged 2 months at $24.99 and never even took an IQ test or requested services. On my debit card it says testor-iq-app as the company billing me, but I can't find that exact business name... See more

Great customer service
This is SCAM guys🚨
This is SCAM guys🚨.
1. The website tells you to give a free IQ test
2. After the test, they do not show the result
3. Ask 50 cents for the result to be sent to your email account
4. If you use your bank details, they deduct 50 cents. However, after two days they deduct 47.90 Euro from your account automatically
I gave a test on oct 2, 2024. They charged me 47.90 Euro today (oct 4, 2024). Luckily, I did not have enough money to my card. I haven’t even open an account in this website.
What can you do?
0. Talk to your card provider about the situation. It's very important. So that, they can take actions against this and know about this website's transaction in future.
1. Immediately go to their (scammers) website. Go to unsubscribe. And give your email and hit unsubscribe.
2. Set their email as spam.
3. Write them (scammers) from their website to unsubscribe you. So, that these guys know, you have identified their scammimg techniques.
Finally, I made mistake but, from now on always check in Trustpilot before using your card details. Also, use digital card for online transaction. Thank you!
Helpful service and support
Helpful service and support! Thank you!
ESCROS
They charge you with automatic subscription 47.50 EUR /month that wasn't explained before for a test that costs 50 cents, then after they cancelled my account they have charged me AGAIN 47.50 EUR and I still haven't received an answer from them!
3 Stars cause of misunderstanding
I have seen the reviews about people getting « scammed » by the website making them pay the low amount of 0,50€ then more after agreeing to terms and services. It happened to me too, and I wrote an email asking for a refund. A nice lady called Emily explained me the situation and told me I will get a refund in 5 to 10 days, and that satisfies me enough. Despite being angry at first, I appreciate my issue being taken in account and actually getting refunded at the end.

Horrible scammers
Horrible scammers! DO NOT take the test, they will then ask you to pay 50 cents to see the results and as I can see they scam people into paying more later. Well in my case it constantly showed an error and made me pay 50 cents over and over. Shame on you!
I can't give zero star?
I can't give zero star? What they do is asking your email address saying they send the test result to you. When you get the email they write you can see your result if you click, and you click, of course, they don't say it is already a membership subscription. Then you notice (if you notice) they take off money from your card. Nobody say a word, no email from subscription, nothing!!!! I found the customer service and I asked back my money. Scammers.
Scam.
Scam.
Ask money to see the result, probably with an hidden subscription.
Morover, they have FAKE REVIEWS MIMICKING TRUSTPILOT GRAPHIC.
Avoid.
Not clear conditions but they refund !
Like many other i didn't notice the 48h trial and was charged 47,9e but after writting an email to the client service i got an immediat refund.
Comme beaucoup je n'avais pas remarqué que c'était un essai de 48h et j'ai été débité de 47,7e mais après contact par mail avec le service client j'ai été immédiatement remboursée.
SCAM
SCAM! They don't mention from the beginning the charge nor the 48 hours policy. They also don't provide any invoice for the money they received. Don't use it at all!

Trial version of subscription
Just keep in mind that after paying for test results, you are paying for trial version of subscription which costs ~48 euro. But customer service works fast and it’s easy to cancel that subscription.
An obvious scam!
I've wasted 20 minutes to see my results and at end it asked for 0.50 EUR. I tried to pay the amount by a single-use virtual card, provided by my bank and I got the error that "the merchant does not accept single cards". What kind of sound and secure business does not accept a single use card for an one-time purchase?!
