Once i payed for a test
Once i payed for a test. One month later they took 50 euros and I was scared a little. Thankfully the support was kind and cool and helped me out. And I got my money back.
Scammers
Scammers, their one-time payment, gets you into a subscription, that charges 47,90 euros after 48 hours if you do not cancel it. I have been charged, and they are not willing to talk this out. Do not fall for it.

"Free" tests, proceeds to charge you 50 euros
They advertise the tests as *Free* then at the end of the test you chose wants to charge you 50 cents to get the results but they are not saying that this charge is for a trial 48 hour subscription and that it renews at 47,50 euros. Scammers. Dont even visit their site, the tests are trash.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service team was incredibly understanding and helpful. I truly appreciate their support and highly recommend their platform for both their services and their exceptional customer care.
Prompt Refund but Transparency Needs Improvement
First, let me say that the tests provided on the website are practical and well-designed. To see the results of your test, you need to subscribe and pay 50 cents. Up to this point, everything seems fair and straightforward. So, where is the issue?
As soon as you enter the website, you eagerly start one of the tests without scrolling down to read the terms and conditions.
According to the site's rules, you only have 48 hours to cancel your subscription; otherwise, you will be charged 47.9 euros monthly.
Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue where, two days after completing the test, 47.9 euros were deducted from my account without clear prior notification.
I immediately contacted the support team at contact[at]test-iq-online[dot]com, requesting a refund. To their credit, they accepted my request, and after 8 days, the money was refunded to my account.
While I appreciate their respectful and timely response, this issue caused me significant discomfort initially. The lack of clear communication regarding the subscription activation process raises concerns about transparency and adherence to consumer protection laws.
According to such laws, all subscription fees and terms must be clearly disclosed with proper notifications before recurring payments are charged. In this case, I did not receive any confirmation or reminder email before the subscription was activated. Simply placing a link to the terms and conditions on a separate page does not absolve the platform of its responsibility to notify users directly and ensure they are fully informed.
I strongly suggest that the site developers address this issue. Improving communication and clarity can prevent dissatisfaction and enhance user trust. This proactive approach would not only resolve complaints but also protect the site's reputation from being affected by negative feedback.
Finally, I would like to thank Nathalie for her professional and respectful response in resolving my issue.
With respect
They claim it's free
They claim it's free, then ask to pay a little something and you end up with a 47.9 subscription that they collect through a third party that you can't identify...
Only way to get out of it is to block your credit card...
WTF

I wanted to share my experience after accidentally creating a subscription. A charge of €47.90 was deducted from my account, but after contacting customer service about the mistake, the refund was processed professionally and completed within just 4 days.
I’m very satisfied with how quickly and efficiently my request was handled. I highly recommend this service for its transparency and responsiveness.

Don't take the test here
Don't take the test here, by doing the test you unwillingly subscribe to a monthly membership. However, if you have already done that and were scammed, I advise to first: unsubscribe, second: contact your bank and ask for a refund. It worked in my case! Also, for security reasons, consider applying for a new credit card.

Don't give them your credit card!
Be prepared they charge you first 0.50 euro, but once they have your credit info, within 2 days they will charge you 47.90 €. Beware of this subscription trap.

The normal review
After completing the test i was asked to pay 0.5 eur for the results. After paying i got the results in my email. And two days later got charged 47,90 euro for the monthly subscription.I was in shock but after messaging the customer support(who replied in about 15min) i got my refund immediately. The only downside is that i had to message them and the subscription service was not displayed properly so they should definitely work on that .

Ask 50 cents for the result to be sent to your email account
If you use your bank details, they deduct 50 cents. However, after two days they deduct 47.90 Euro from your account automatically
