Has an undeniable urge to talk over you with her patronising attitude doesn’t listen and most importantly isn’t helpful. Shame have been purchasing from pass Ltd for more than 10 years . Thank you for leaving a review without your details, fortunately I am aware of the call with yourself as it was myself you were dealing with.
Whilst I was doing my very best to assist with your query, you felt it necessary to talk at me almost at the point of shouting because you felt that I was not understanding your issue and I did ask you to stop shouting at me. I repeatedly attempted to clarify what you had ordered from us but you did not wish to listen, therefore, if you felt my attitude was patronising and rude, then I can only apologise. However, I was genuinely struggling to help you understand what you had ordered.
Our website clearly shows the various options and what comes with each stock code under the "description" section of the item you were purchasing which is what I was trying to explain.
As you believe the product listing to be misleading, I will ask our Marketing team to review this and update if necessary.

This is my first time ordering from the website tester.co.uk. At first, I was a little wary of ordering from this site because I didn't find any comments on the internet about how real the site is. Perhaps the disinformation is due to the fact that the site sells electronic components, i.e. the buyers are not from the mass stratum. I used a Bulgarian courier company to deliver the shipment to Bulgaria. The shipment arrived successfully in Bulgaria. I am very satisfied. All items are available. The price of the items is competitive, significantly lower not only in stores in Bulgaria, but also in Western Europe. From now on, if I need to buy electronics, I will order from tester.co.uk. When we placed the order on 11/12/25
When we placed the order on 11/12/25, the advert quite clearly stated 2 - 3 working days. Once the order was placed we received an email stating "Your item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available"!
We received the same email also stating "We will keep you informed every 3 days, Please note expected item dates are estimates provided by the Manufacturer and may be subject to change. ".
On the 23/12/25 we received an email telling us "Your order has been invoiced and will be despatched to you shortly". It arrived the next day. We needed it on 16th December, so we ended up having to purchase another product through Amazon which was delivered the next day.
We won't be using PASS again for sure. The two stars are only reflective of goodwill.
