After wanting to try it out I get endless emails and calls even though I wrote clearly to unsubscribe

This service is more hassle than it is worth. I'm not sure why employers are using it. Buggy and terrible. This is a program for lazy corporate management who think they're going to get an idea of a candidate from 6 questions they have 3 chances to answer. Do real interviews, Vieple and Testgrid do not need to exist. Makes much more sense to go to an interview with the employer instead of participating in a buggy video interview that will require you to contact Vieple and Testgrid support and wait for tech support from this unnecessary third party.

I had a terrible experience with TestGrid. Support was non-responsive, the basic setup guidance was missing, and the platform felt buggy and unreliable. Worst of all, the subscription page didn’t work and I couldn’t cancel. I’m asking TestGrid to immediately cancel my subscription and confirm in writing!!!

They will not stop spamming me after I signed up for a trial. I'm receiving multiple emails a day without a way to unsubscribe. I asked them to take me off their mailing list yet they are still barrage me with emails. This can not legal!!

Terrible experience! They refuse to cancel my subscription!

I have contacted their support, they told me to cancel it via the dashboard, but the admin area shows no subscription active!

I have contacted their support again, and no response.

I am going to speak to my bank to see how we can block them.

I have been trying to cancel this monthly subscription since April. The company is basically non-responsive. I have attempted to contact them several times. I need to keep disputing each individual charge. It's extremely frustrating.

This site is considered honest. It does not lie, but rather gives you a trial period. It became clear to me that their communication quality is very high. There are only some comments, which is that the browser does not work for more than 4 continuous hours. Therefore, the support was honest with me in this. I tried it and the only negative was that the device does not work. More than 4 continuous hours, so it deserves 4 stars for its reliability

We were looking for a tool that we could use directly without much setup & learning. We originally planned to use it for some basic test cases which were cumbersome for manual testers. Rest of the test cases were supposed to be tested by manual testers but eventually we ended up using it for a large portion of the test scenario then we originally planned due to its ease of use.

Sometimes, I see delayed response while accessing remote devices but overall great tool

Tool is relatively easy & intuitive, Onboarding sessions for training our QA Team, Support was great overall

We were looking for the appropriate testing framework/tool for our client & finally decided on TestGrid to be the one. We came up with a testing plan for a client application & presented the same to the TestGrid team. They walked us through the step by step process during onboarding sessions & we were able to deliver quality applications in a relatively shorter period of time while controlling cost which was our aim to begin with.

TG as we call it internally is an amazing platform that has helped us to perform API testing at the most easiest way. We love all the features especially the no code automation for mobile app testing.

TestGrid really helped us to make sure that the quality of our mobile application is top notch. We were not only able to test it on real devices but were also able to coordinate on resolving bugs in real time and that really saved time for us. Moreover their API testing feature was like a cherry on the top.

We were writing a test case in selenium java with one dedicated device assigned to each automation tester for running a test case. We wanted to set up our own device cloud but instead opted for TestGrid’s Device Cloud. This was the problem we were trying to solve but soon we switched to TestGrid for everything from Infrastructure to Test Case Writing to Reports.
