I did a food sensitivity test, already knowing I am sensitive to a variety of foods.
The test did not report any of these and did in fact say that I could eat these. So firstly the results were wrong.
I contacted them asking for a refund, we went round in circles for a bit. Eventually my emails just stopped being replied to.
It is advertised that there is a refund if dissatisfied with the results. I am as they were wrong.
I didn't want to leave a bad review, but after requesting to complain 3 times and asking for my money back 4 times and having been ignored on all occasions, I've been left feeling scammed.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS TEST WASTE OF MONEY
Not possible to find out about food intolerances using this test. IgG tests are not accurate and give false results. When I found this out I asked for a refund straight away with in half an hour of ordering. So far no refund despite answering the emailed questions to obtain my refund! Don't fall for this con it's a waste of money.

I contacted the customer service on Facebook messenger as my sample had been delivered but I’d not had the confirmation email that it had been received. A panicked message later and Terry had sorted it all he kept me updated that he would follow my query though and he did he messaged daily to advise that my sample was there and my results would be with me soon.
