Thank you for your review.

On the 8th January you wrote that your "result did not come" and you gave a 1 star review for our service, meaning 'bad'.

On looking into your case we found firstly that the test sample was only posted back to us on 6th January. Secondly, the test kit was not registered till 7th January and hence, the "result did not come" for the above reasons which obviously have nothing to do with our service.

We are totally committed to delivering the best possible customer care irrespective of the reason for any delays and so I am going to get the guys to resolve it hopefully today on Sunday!

Tests arrived quickly, shame results didn't!

Test ordered and arrived quickly, problems started when put in Royal mail Priority box on 2nd Jan. I assumed they would be collected with the priority service which was at 3.00pm same day - turns out they were just on Royal Mail 1st class tracked service so didn't get picked up until Tues 4th Jan. Eventually arrived at tests4you and only have 3 out of the 5 test results back on 8th Jan. Have been on the phone everyday to see if they could speed things up but told the same thing that we have to wait up to 48 hours from when the test is logged as received. 2 have been received but not even logged as arrived! Not happy and would not use again.

Fast, reliable and cheap!

Fantastic service. Test kit waiting for me when I arrived. Easy to use, posted straight off. Received notification of receipt the next day and 24 hours after received my negative result. And was the cheapest PCR test I found online.
Would Def recommend.

I ordered 2 x Day 2 PCR tests but only…

I ordered 2 x Day 2 PCR tests but only received one. After sending an email, and a response to a message to review Tests4you, I received an email with an apology and the missing test was dispatched the following day. I was kept updated, with emails, regarding the order and dispatch date and further messages to say when the tests would be delivered within a very precise 1 hour window.

Ordered and registered codes for travel… Have since had three calls from this company Paul Adam and Peter in quick succession. They were all very pleasant and apologetic. Paul, Adam and Peter. I

Ordered and registered codes for travel with Eurotunnel. Arrived home from France, took test immediately and posted in priority mail as instructed. 31st December .After many hours on the phone speaking with many staff Tests4You we are still awaiting results evening of 7th Jan. The company blame Royal Mail however some companies use a reliable courier service over holiday periods. Utterly frustrated and disgusted as we are Covid free taking LFT and tested in France day before leaving as required, travelled in the bubble of Eurotunnel and Campervan without contact with anyone. Here we are one week on trapped indoors.

I ordered my test day 2 and they sent it and supposedly the post office did not find my address and they returned the test for you again, can you please send it to me again to another address?

Currently sitting abroad with not much…

Currently sitting abroad with not much time left till I’m back in the UK, like the other reviews have stated this company is very quick and efficient at taking money, however I have still not received my booking reference number.

This is very confusing and annoying as this company should have this part of the process running as smoothly their checkout as I already have enough stress for my return flight.

I am doing things I shouldn’t need to like chasing them up on the phone to no avail!

I hope they can respond quickly so I can rectify this review.

Cheap and fast but lacking in communication

EDIT:
After a few hours I have recieved an e-mail with the locater number attached. As mentioned by someone below, it seems the most efficient way of contacting is through TrustPilot. Hopefully as the company grows, so will the communication.

Ordered my day 2 test and the process seemed smooth. Paid and recieved an e-mail with my order number, but the Passenger Locator number was missing. "No biggie" I thought and proceeded to naively call them, but to my surprise their number wen straight to voicemail all 5 times. I then tried to access their website for information on how to e-mail them, but now their website does not work and there is nothing to do. The money has, however, already been taken out of my account. What a scam...

Excellent, super fast service!

Excellent, super fast service! Had to call Tests4 you as l couldn’t find my order number and my call was answered promptly and really efficiently. The gentleman talked me through everything making sure that I had everything needed to do my tests.He was friendly, chatty and put you at ease making the process easy to do. Posted my tests at 10am and had results before the end of the next day. Super service, thanks for making my holiday possible!

Resentful of test and cost

Whilst resentful of having to pay for a Day 2 test to come home to my own country, which has much higher infection rates than the place I flew in from, I will nevertheless attempt to be objective.
The price was cheaper than other competitors and customer services were helpful when my ref number did not arrive as it should have.
It was impossible to register the test online using my desktop because the date matrix was blocked by another part of the webpage. I eventually did it on my phone.

NEVER AGAIN

I would give this website 0 if I could still not had DAY 2PCR results nearly a week later. Customer Services very rude (Steve) and still no success with my enquiry. I will definitely not use again. I can most definitely confirm I am a confirmed customer despite receiving a message from tests4 U stating they cannot confirm my identity. I would like tests4u to contact me direct as promised this morning. I think this is disgusting from tests4 U. Very disrespectful instead of being a keyboard warrior call me as promised but then I dont expect you will

Thank you for your feedback and given you cannot be identified I will share more than usual because your review is extremely misleading and disingenuous.

In the spirit of transparency, I will share the full facts so that you can perhaps review your position because it appears that your situation arose due to you attempting to manipulate our system which is designed to protect you from delays - the exact thing you are complaining about.

So the facts are:

- Order made & paid on December 7, 2021 @ 7:20 pm in the evening.

- Test Kit is Shipped 08/12/2021 & delivered at 13:37 on Thu 09 Dec 2021

PERFECT SO FAR….

- YOU booked from List date for Day 2 PCR Tests on 24 December 2021

- YOU gave your date of arrival from the available options as 24-December-2021

NB – It is important that YOU ARE ACCURATE and/or HONEST when selecting your arrival date because we blocked purchases for certain return dates to protect our customers. This was because we knew that the Royal Mail could not guarantee 24 hour delivery and as such we did not want to inconvenience or mislead our customers.

- ONCE you had purchased for 24TH December you then put your real date of arrival on the subsequent form as 01/01/2022 – A DATE THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE ON, AND IS ILLEGITIMATE ACCORDING TO OUR RULES…. RULES DESIGNED TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS FROM DELAYS!

HERE YOU HAVE CREATED A PROBLEM – YOU STATED YOU WOULD ARRIVE ON AN ALLOWABLE DATE (24th December) BUT YOU KNEW YOU WERE ACTUALLY ARRIVING ON A DATE WHEN A PURCHASE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE (1st January 2021).

- The 2nd January was a Sunday and 3rd January a Monday Bank Holiday

- You state you posted it back on 2nd January (Bank holiday and not an allowable day)

- The tracking system states it was not in Birmingham till 19:00 on 5th January and is currently in transit.

WE PURPOSELY BLOCKED SOME DATES BECAUSE THE ROYAL MAIL COULD NOT GUARANTEE 24 HOUR DELIVERY – YET IT APPEARS YOU HAVE INTENTIONALLY TRIED WORK AROUND OUR SYSTEM, IGNORED OUR RULES AND HAVE FOUND YOURSELF IN THE EXACT PLACE WE WERE ATTEMPTING TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS FROM!

Despite everything we are doing all we can to resolve the issue but I hope lessons have been learned.
