So far two months have passed since i placed my order. I have only received two of the three parts I ordered. I am still awaiting the inverter to arrive. I have assembled the Atlas 2.0 turbine to find the wiring was in no way close to code for a power installation in the UK. I have rewired it and made it weather proof and placed it into position. I have connected up the charge converter and am currently waiting for it to spin to produce some output. We have had several windy days and yet it has still not spun consistently. Upon starting to turn and when it stops it does rumble some what. I have syill yet to connect it to the house power supply as I have not yet received the inverter.
I have been in constant contact with TESUP and they do respond however their responses are not helpful and you cannot respond to one of their mails! They did not at any point initiate any contact with me to explain the delays.
In my opinion this company are a scam, and are certainly not providing the product they are advertising on their website. As such I am going to dismantle the turbine and send the two bits back to them for a refund, and get a refund on the parts not supplied as yet.
Nightmare company. It would be my suggestion to avoid at all costs!

Hello,friends! I want to thank the wonderful company TESUP and its managers who have helped me to find the right wind turbine. Of course, we had to wait a little longer for delivery,but the price and quality of the turbine and service were worth it!

It came as described. And there were no problems with the assembly of the windmill. I’ve just asked one of local electricians about help. Thank you!

Just an overall great experience. I will continue to use Tesup as long as they are available. I can't find a problem with Tesup. I don't have to call them to get the best Kw pricing. They are easy to contact if you should have a question.

After reading the reviews, I was going to tried buying the product. I wanted to test the company by purchasing the most suitable product, thinking how they could open to so many countries if they gave bad service. First of all, it is not difficult to get in touch like the bad reviews written. After purchasing the product, the after-sales team immediately contacted me and asked which country I purchased the product from and the language I preferred to speak and directed it to the sales representative in that language. I don't understand why there are such bad reviews for a company that provides such quality service. I wanted to share my experience.

I bought an Atlas one week ago on my roof. It's working without any problem. Really liked the quality and packaging way

To bad there isn't a negative star.
I bought two Atlas 2.0 turbines last year and should have known from the time I received it that there would be trouble ahead because it is near impossible to get ANY customer support. The turbine worked great for about 4 months then the shaft started to wobble and eventually seize. Again, tried to get in touch with customer support and no response. Plenty of advertising but no support. The second one is still working but is now starting to wobble so probably not to long before failure. I am taking the suggestion of a commenter here and I am going to tear them apart and rebuild them better.

ATLAS2.0 Wind Turbine total rubbish fell apart after 3 months and did not generate nothing 2kw my ass!!!, they refused to let me send it back just said i did not know what i was doing, got a Marlec Rutland FM1803 now and it dose what its suppose to unlike the Tesup crap.

So please dont waist you money like it did and read this review and DONT BUY TESUP!!!

the oruduct looks good but bad quality doed not generate the watts the claim .no after service .next time i will buy in china.but very cheap i will ask to make the quality higher , so they can sell it for a higher price.missed oputinity

Well all I can say is I did eventually get my money back as told them I had referred them to fraud office. I managed to get a return before they ever sent the turbine as I started reading reviews and found that they were not in the countries they were selling them through. Fraudulent activity as far as I'm concerned so beat avoid. Agree with everyone about the bad service and is hard to get a reply. Also goods made in turkey yet sold as Euro products.

You have provided a great solution for my home that is far from mains electricity. Thank you very much, very successful

The company and its products are leading in the current marketplace in terms of price and quality. I bought several wind turbines that are easy to install and use. I was very impressed with the material the turbine was made out of. Highly recommend buying!
