I ordered and paid for a wind turbine in November 2025. No sign of it being delivered. Just excuses. I checked out the company on Companies House before ordering, who knew the Government are allowing... See more

update
no inverter in box said i could cancel my order and get all my money back and then wouldnt as they said i had opened the box the goods were in well you have to open the box to see if you have your goods and i dont even think this is a legal term also i cannot find any ce or other safety marking and the wiring is not sealed in the turbine and comes out through a rough hole which rubs it and could turn the unit live
Very bad product.
Thesup sais that the wind turbine will arrive after one week. I waited two month for it! Tesup sais that a little wind already produces energy. The wind had to blow very hard until the wings finally moved. But the generator only produces energy when the wings go very fast, what never happend. I could make the generator produce energy only when I testet it with my drill machine on full speed!

Tesup Australia appear to be as dodgy…
Tesup Australia appear to be as dodgy as they come!!!
I’ve spent $4,030 to purchase a turbine and associated controller and never even got a payment receipt, dispatch details etc.
When I followed up I got the following crap email:
“
Hello Nicole, All Tesup members were doing very hard work, but we experienced an unusually large number of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule. The demand has increased, after the covid more and more people got interested in renewable energy If you know Apple and you have ordered original goods from America at least once, you will understand why the parcel takes so long, Apple customers are waiting for 2 months. We have the same situation due to high demand. Your money is safe, so there is nothing to worry about, except that you can't wait to start saving money on electricity :) I assure you, you will not be left without your order! As I already said, we are working on better lead times as well so you might receive your package early from that date. We highly appreciate your patience. Best Regards Emma TEUSUP”.
Since then I have emailed asking for a receipt or my money back and they have not further communicated with me!
I ordered and paid on 21st June. Heard nothing at all until I followed up and the above message received on 7th July is all I have ever received.
No commitment, no goods, no dispatch eta…. This company is dodgy as. Run a mile
Do not waste your money!
Do not waste your money!
Turbine was professionally installed. It worked for less than a day and was very noisy. After a rain storm it stopped working. After weeks of useless slow customer support we lowered the turbine. It was full of water. I sent a video of the water very clearly pouring down the wires from inside the unit. They said this wasn't enough for a warranty claim and offered me a discount on a more expensive turbine.
SCAM
I placed an order on Amazon for 2 wind generators. Next I was told by a rep through the amazon website to order direct from the Tesup website and I would receive a better price. After paying, all communications stopped. 3 months later and no products have arrived and I started to look into this company, I have listed email correspondence and its always a delay in production due to covid or supply shortages. I looked into the company in the US and its non existent. The website is full of fluff and flashy videos. I doubt I will ever get a product or my money back. Amazon should drop them as a product as that's where I trusted to purchase items and thought this was a legit company.
Tesup says they give you tracking…
Tesup says they give you tracking number same day you set an pay an order. They say they ship within 3 days.Tesup says deliver on your doorstep within 7 days by DHL. Tesup says made in Europe?? I believe made in China as all conformity declarations is from China.
Now it has gone 7 weeks. No delivery info received.Tesup is quick to collect your money.I cancelled the order. BUT not any response or refund. Customer service is hopeless.
I ordered new turbins and inverters from other supplier at half price and these got shipped next day.
Do not trust this Company.

Terrible
I ordered a Magnum 5 turbine in January 2022. The unit arrived around six weeks later. I paid my electrician to install the turbine and by the end of the day he confirmed the charge controller was faulty. I raised the issue with Tesup and some 10 days later they responded stating 'it had been tested prior to despatch'. They went on to request a video of the equipment setup experiencing the fault clearly stating they would not accept a return. I have requested my credit card recall the payment. Worth noting the turbine suffered a huge amount of corrosion despite only being exposed to the British weather for 2 days (and it didn't rain). Very clearly the turbine is unsuited to the British climate and life expectancy would be very short, even if it did work on arrival! Tesup stated there warranty doesn't cover corrosion!

Placed order, and everything is now received.
Im very satisfied.
Company with way too many irregularities
Note (2022-03-28): Now, Trustpilot itself flagged my review and asked me to review "personal information", by which they meant the publicly available addresses of the company Tesup. I have been left with the choice to either remove the information supporting my claims and observation or to have my message flagged/removed altogether. I opted for removing the company addresses, but in case you are interested you can either look for yourself or try to contact me. In case you need additional information about the company: "nitrious" on "powerforum.co.za" put together some information as well.
Note: Immediately after writing this review, Tesup flagged it, asking me to remove the name of the director and all location names (where all of that information is publicly available online). After removing the director's name and replacing it with stars, TrustPilot flagged the review requesting not include abbreviated names. I therefore removed now the name of the Director completely, but you can still find it, when searching for it in LinkedIn, where he has a public profile claiming to be the Director of Tesup; or lookup up the name on the public available company information service at the UK Gov web site.
I was looking at a small turbine for our plot and came across Tesup. According to their web site they claim to be the world's largest supplier of house wind turbines operating in numerous countries. Their local web sites and even their blog posts are written and translated very poorly (which surprises me for a such a self-claimed multi-national company). The "data sheets" for their turbines do not include graphs regarding the performance (or at least I could not find it); only in the product description in the shop the "cut-in speed" is mentioned. And regarding the survival speed only a range is given, which is very uncommon, as normally I find these turbines to be certified against a certain threshold. Regarding the company itself, I found contradicting information. The TrustPilot profile for tesup.co.uk mentions the address "***" (address removed upon request by Trustpilot Content Integrity team) where Turkey obviously is an error. This is the same address when this company was registered in 2016 by the Director (name removed as requested by Tesup and TrustPilot) with a capital of 100 GBP (!). However, this address seems to be a self-storage warehouse. The employee handbook on the other hand cites "***" (address removed upon request by Trustpilot Content Integrity team) as the headquarters of the company. But the most recent unaudited account report from April 2021 mentions a different address "***" (address removed upon request by Trustpilot Content Integrity team). According to this report the company has only a single employee and has current net assets of only slightly over 10.000,00 GBP (see https find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk company 10155230 filing-history). The LinkedIn profile of the Director states, he is only director since 2019 (see LinkedIn profile searching for Tesup); but according to the UK company register he is director since 2016.
On the company web site itself, there is no notion about about a registered address or a board of directors; everything I expect from a multi-national company they claim to be.
Despite their claim, that they operate (among other countries) in Switzerland and Germany, there is no registered company under that name "Tesup" (see zefix.ch and handelsregister.de). In addition they claim to include VAT on their products, but there does not seem to be a registered VAT account in Switzerland either.
So does this company really exist? Does it produce and sell high quality turbines? Maybe. I will not take the risk, as this company has way too many irregularities according to my risk appetite. Maybe an employee from that company can explain this and help me to regain the trust in that company I do not have.
It took months and a fight to get my…
It took months and a fight to get my Atlas 2.0, charge controller, and Inverter. For months since it was professionally installed, I haveyet to get the promised power. I tried to trouble shoot with Tesup, but they were more focused on blaming everyone but their products than actually diagnosing the problem.
One of the potential issues: For 42 days, they insisted they sent me a Growatt Inverter, but they had really sent me a Delta M4 TL US solar inverter. When talking to the manufacturer of said inverter, they said and I quote “Why the hell did they send you a solar inverter? It’s not compatible with the wind system you bought.”
Second potential issue: The charge controller has two modes, battery and inverter mode. The charge controller only has noise when you try to use a meter to test the output in Inverter mode. Talking to Tesup, they swear it was tested before being shipped out and sent me videos. The videos showed testing, but only in Battery mode. There is no verification that the Inverter mode works, since myself and the professional electrician I had install it only get line noise on the meters we’ve used to check the output.
3 day shipping promised on their website? Don’t trust that promise.
Reliable products? Do not trust them. They can’t even remember which inverter was sent even when looking it up with the order number.
I hope I can get the turbine working eventually, but I’m probably going to have to send it all back because they sent me a system which isn’t compatible with itself, let alone my house. I really liked the idea of the system, but have been frustrated with the reality of their products and service.

Scam
Scam. No delivery of ordered Solar Panel, no communication, no response to any attempts to contact, forced to report to my bank as fraudulent. Asked around friends in the industry and none have heard of this "world leader".

Let's put another brick on the wall.
Let's put another brick on the wall.
First things first: don't be fooled by the positive comments about Tesup; they all are from accounts that posted just one comment, the Tesup one, the early ones are all from Turkey (which is where the company comes from).
Now about my ordeal:
Ordered a wind turbine on the 16th of December 2021, the website promise a 3-days delivery.
On the 23rd of December, I send an email asking for news about my delivery, I receive an email stating that because of Covid, supply shortages etc, they have no stock and no raw materials (!) and I will be informed when products will be available but prices might change because of increase of costs (!!!!!).
I promptly replied that I wished to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Silence.
No refund.
I contacted my bank (Bank of Scotland) and today (10/01/2022) the bank recalled the payment made via Debit Card and got my refund.
The bottom line: don't buy from them and if you did and your story is similar to mine, don't wait and contact your bank. These people are fraudsters.
BUY AT YOUR OWN PERIL
BUY AT YOUR OWN PERIL, THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. WE PURCHASED A WIND TURBINE ONLY TO FIND THAT IT DIDN'T PRODUCE POWER AND THE BEARINGS IN THE BASE SHATTERED WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM FOR AFTER SALES SERVICE AS THEY DO NO RESPOND TO ANY REQUESTS. ITS NOT FOR THE LACK OF TRYING, WE HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT VIA GERMANY, UK AND AUSTRALIA - NOTHING AT ALL. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME EFFORT AND MONEY. DISGUSTING ONLY SCRATCHES THE SURFACE OF HOW WE FEEL - TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!!

terrible product
terrible product , terrible company
bought atlas turbine , arrived 2 months late and only after constant badgering .
very tricky to contruct as blades on turbine did not fit into the body so had to be buckled slightly to fit and so lost some aerodynamic function i feel
the controller failed to work properly at the outset , with dodgy wiring and loose connections , for example the voltage readout panel showing the battery voltage failing to function most of the time
i put it up on a high place on the roof of an outhouse and even during storm Arwen barely moved -with only a few volts output on the terminals , therefore has failed to produce a single watt of electricity in a month!!
did i mention that the inverter -cost £280 has STILL not arrived - i ordered at the beginning of September !! hopeless

The Magnum5 has compact shape and it's modern design looks greate on the front of the house. It also has a simple installation process. The wind turbine works best if you could mount it on the rooftop with a short and rocksolid mounting pole.I really like that wind turbine. The design on the tail is really cool.

I’ve bought two wind turbines AtlasX and Zeus 3.0. I’ve installed them on the top of my roof and I’ve got really perfect result, because the wind is very strong on this high place. Happy with the customer service as well.
