received the unit quickly

received the unit quickly, and went to charge it like the instructions stated, but found it real hard to insert the cable into the charging hole. Did finally get it in there and charging now.

Order issue

I ordered. Then recieved a tracking number, then recieved a refund. No reason why. Left 2 emails and fb message. Still no response. Poor communication. Needed the pen as a gift for 11/6.

Good product, not so good service and experience

The product works well and I enjoy it, however the response rate and delivery times were very unsatisfactoty.
I ordered the product on Saturday, assuming they would take care of it on Monday as they're closed weekends, but I had to email them multiple times, to which I didnt get a response, and had to contact the live chat to finally push product through. I had paid extra for the 2 day shipping and I'm very disappointed it took double the time to arrive.

There is a chance I would order from TetraMeds again, but I'm doing it during the week and definitely not shelling out the extra money to have it shipped faster because it didnt do anything last time.
