Ordered sweatshirt on 12/9/25. Received 12/21/25. I have no issues with shipping. The shirt had an obvious tear and it was stitched up. Had it been in the printed material I probably would have kept it, but it was on the solid material right on the chest. I have been communicating with their support customer service. They keep offering me increments of $3 refund. Up to $9 now. I paid a total of $39.38. I don't want a refund, I want a replacement that is not defective. They are refusing. So now I have to go through all the hassle of filing complaints (BBB, FTC, etc.). They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. That's false advertising. I hope this complaint gets to them & others are warned ahead of time.
P.S. the quality of the material is that shiny fabric, even the denim accents (collar & sleeve cuffs) are shiny. I you need invoice & emails, I have them all!

I copied the review below b/c this was EXACTLY my experience other than the updates noting the merchandise was circulating around Germany (even German Customs but the final update said it was coming from China). Otherwise, my experience was exactly the same

NEVER RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE AND RESPONSES FROM THE COMPANY WERE BOILERPLATE EMAILS. I OPENED A FRAUD DISPUTE CASE WITH MY CC COMPANY.

NO, that is not acceptable! 
This video shows the 2XL which I did order, my friend does wear a XXL, also right beside it, is a cut off label, would that have been cut to not show where it was made since your ad states they are made in the USA? 
I had ordered another item that I knew was made in China as an XL and it is smaller than expected. I’m expecting your items are made in China or at least not USA. 
I would expect you know that size difference and I expect the size of the XXL equivalent to be sent as a replacement.
  Also as advertised as sweatshirts, I have several sweatshirts, your product is not of sweatshirt material, it’s more like a nylon rayon blend. 
   Since I’ve ordered your shirts I have read reviews about your company, there seems to be quite a lot of unhappy customers.  

There is no information available for "texasqualitywear.com" regarding reviews, complaints, or a phone number. It's recommended to research the site for red flags like typos in the URL, lack of a padlock icon, poor grammar, and a missing contact page before making any purchases. 

After repeated applications by me and the leader, he agreed to increase your compensation to  8 USD

If your product was made in the heart of Texas as your site states, see picture, the two sizes which I ordered would fit us both.
Again what your products show as sweatshirts are not what I received. 
Now, I am expecting your company to send the correct size which would be the equivalent to the USA’s XXL
If not satisfying my requests I will post all our correspondence, which I have saved, as a unsatisfied customer on your web site with the rest of the unsatisfied customers. I also see all others have received notifications from several of your warehouses around the global.

The result I get is that the best we can do is to offer you the compensation of   10USD  .

If you insist me keeping the XXL because return shipping is expensive even though it is to small for my friend I can do, but, you need to send me the USA equivalent to a XXL, because I know even though your site states that it is Texas proud and made in the USA, we know they are not. 

SEND ME THE EQUIVALENT and all will be good. 

Men's Western Elk Raglan Sweatshirt

I actually give is 0 stars but that was not an option. Ordered two jackets believing that they are a US Texas based business but they actually are not. Received jackets with tracking from Spain and definitely 2 sizes smaller than labled. Asked numerous times for a return address to return them and receive a refund only for them to barter a refund 3 times starting at only $8 then finally no higher than $25. The cost of the jackets were $83 and some change. Trustpilot shows in your contact information United States. I would love an address for them as they seem to be doing a song and dance around giving me one.

Do not buy from this company!! My order was shipped from Ireland and when I received it yesterday the quality was very low. Everything looks great online but upon receiving your items Everything will be of very poor quality!

These products are NOT made in Texas. In attempts to return the products I even have an email stating they must be returned to their Chinese warehouse. My first shipping alert came from Spain, so from the beginning I was worried about the quality I would receive seeing that I was expecting from Texas! The "sweaters" are thin prints to look like a sweater, the sizing of a men's XL jacket may fit a small, the material was all around disappointing.
I have been emailing back and forth with the support in an attempt to return and receive a refund. The only responses I get is an offering of approximately a 10% refund for my dissatisfaction.
I paid Texas pricing for foreign, misleading, poor-quality products.
