The messages that remain do not roll over.
Even after the membership was canceled, they continue to charge the credit card and refuse to reimburse them for their error. The worst ever customer service. Use someone else instead.

We have used Textedly for years now and have grown from a group of less than 100 to nearly 500 now. Men live the fact that we have a way to text them from a reputable source where they know it's from us and not being spammed.

Lack of Mobile App-Browser Experience Falls Short
It bothers me that the program doesn't come with a separate mobile app. It's not the same even though you can use it in your browser.

No Response After Multiple Attempts
I've sent three emails over the course of three weeks and still haven't received a response. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, and it's clear that follow-through is not a priority for this company. At this point, it feels like i'm just taking a loss but I hope others don't have to experience the same lack of professionalism. If you value timely support and communication, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Textedly is great! They were so helpful in getting me set up, always available if I had questions, and had the most competitive prices by far.
Textedly was a disappointing experience.
Textedly was not as user-friendly as promised, and I had trouble setting it up. It's challenging to successfully target my market because of the complicated tag system. Despite my repeated attempts, I encountered systemic problems that were never fixed. All things considered, I had hoped for a more dependable service, but regrettably it has fallen short.
Frequent Platform Downtime
Textedly is annoying and unstable for keeping in constant contact with my consumers because of its frequent outages. Investing in a platform that does not provide the dependability a business requires to function effectively is disheartening.
This firm is really dishonest
This firm is really dishonest. Since they bill you by the character, sending more than 500 characters is equivalent to sending three messages, thus you actually don't receive 2,000! That implies that sending about 350 mails costs $48! I'm ashamed that I paid for this since they didn't disclose it to me before I bought it. I will not conduct business with con artists, and I need my money returned as soon as possible.
Although the technology is sound
Although the technology is sound, it lacks integrity. You won't get a cancellation confirmation when you cancel, and the cancellation is "well hidden" if the service doesn't work out as planned. Your accounts will continue to take money out, so keep a tight eye on them. Even though it is evident from the data that you have not used the service for almost six months, the best they can do after this is found is to provide a one-month service refund.
