Based to the Bad favorable ratings
Based to the favorable ratings, I chose to give Textedly a try, however after using it, I think those reviews are rather dubious. Customer assistance is nonexistent, and the platform is always having issues. A lot of the supposedly "five-star" evaluations look suspiciously similar or too positive, almost if they were made up. This untrustworthy of a service could never regularly receive such positive evaluations. The criticism is so false, and it is frustrating to observe. The real experience doesn't live up to the hype, so proceed with caution before believing anything you read here.

Professional customer service
Professional customer service, application is easy to setup and the UI is simple. I have seen that messages are delivered on schedule and with accuracy.
Price of product is very reasonable, although a recurring small monthly charge was not highlighted clearly at the time of sign up.
Will highly recommend this product for small business owners who want to start a campaign with their customers or keep them informed.

Bait and switch - BEWARE!!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service, bait and switch is their SOP, fraudulent business practices. If anyone has been scammed by them, please file complaint with CA Attorney General.
Section 17602 - Review this law to see if they violated. They will have to pay a fine of $2,500 per customer!

Personal Assistant on Autopilot!
I've been setting up and using Textedly with many of the paid, add on features (all worth the investment), and got my personal local number approved, over the past 2 weeks.
Have some patience while setting it all up, and connecting everything. Once it's up and running, WOW it's incredibly easy to use! Blaire has been very patient with answering my initial setup questions, and the Help Chat responds quickly as well.
It's not only a great tool to use for prospecting new clients, but also for building drip campaigns to send reminders and follow up with current clients. I'm also using it to send myself reminders of tasks or calls I need to make on specific days and times. It's like having a personal assistant who's on autopilot, and never calls in sick, or shows up late for work. Way better than setting alarms in my phone for reminders.
Highly Recommend for Weddings!
I used Textedly to communicate with my guests for my wedding before, during, and after my wedding. Using Textedly was a great way to avoid wasting paper and ensured that all my guests knew what table they were sitting at. I was even able to schedule texts ahead of time, which was very convenient because I was able to schedule texts to the folks staying in hotels vs people that were local, etc..

Awful service!!
Awful service!!! The absolute worst customer service platform I’ve ever encountered. Anybody can write a review and I promise you that the 5 star reviews you see aren’t real. Many of the times the texts don’t go through. You often have to wait hours to find out why. That doesn’t work with time sensitive messages and the reps can be really rude.
