Textline has revolutionized my job

Textline has revolutionized my job! I have to reach out to 100+ contacts every day, including weekends. By using Textline, I am able to accomplish this task in 30 minutes, whereas before this would take 2-3 hours. This has made me much more efficient and given me most of my weekend time back. In addition to the Desktop version, I also use the app on my iPhone so being remote or away from my desk is not a problem. I also use the Automation Feature to send replies to customers when I am off duty.

Not only is the Textline product terrific, what makes it even better is the great support that comes with it. We have 250-300 different Textline accounts, and problems have been minimal. If there is an issue, we report it to Textline and they respond immediately and take care of it.

You can't go wrong using Textline!

Game Changing!

Textline has been a vital partner of ours during the pandemic. Their platform has allowed us to stay in contact with tens of thousands of our customers who we otherwise would not have had the capacity to serve. Frankly, we can't even imagine how the last two years would have went without this valuable resource.

Before choosing Textline, we previewed several other companies and we are so glad that they were our final selection. Their interface is highly intuitive and their responsiveness and support have been world-class.

Great Zendesk Integration

We've been using Textline for several years. Textline has a great Zendesk integration that lets us text users from the same screen as their Zendesk ticket. This is extremely useful for our customer service workflow. Their API is also easy to work with and their support team is prompt and helpful.

Very organized and easy to use!

Textline has been very helpful for us and our team! Textline is very organized and easy to use, and the layout is clean and simplified. It is simple to operate with multiple users, and we're able to delegate and resolve conversations with little difficulty. We have also been able to save our growing list of contacts, each with detailed information to help our workflow when communicating with our clients! Textline has been a great addition to our department, and we would recommend it to others.
