Scam

I ordered six items almost a month ago from their website and once paid it said the package would arrive in maximum 3-4 days (delivery which I had to pay, mind you). Three weeks later than expected I recive a message on email saying that the package has been delivered and to rate my experience. Clue: I recived nothing. I tried contacting with Tezenis, but surprise, they don't have an operating phone number that you can call and they haven't answered any of my emails, and if that wasn't enough, the deliver company doesn't even pick the phone, have no other way of contacting and if they for some reason pick up, they hang up without saying a word.

I had to contact my bank, reporting a scam situation in hopes I can get my money back since neither of them are willing to give me even an answer. I am still waiting for an anwer from my bank, but if you're thinking about ordering online from tezenis, DONT, the experience couldn't be worse.

I am really disappointed with the review

I am really disappointed with the reviews I am reading. It is a shame because I was about to make quite a big order, try them on and return the ones I don’t want. It seems I will have problems returning items so I will not go ahead. My advice to tezenis management is try and make things better for customers. Why do you think Amazon is doing so well. Please learn from them.

Impossible to Make a Return

I am seeing in the comments and reviews I am not the only one. IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN. Return label has not been created. Couldn't make the return. It seems that the whole return experience has been designed so you either forget about the return or just give up after frustrating experience. You are going in circles trying to find the label to download and relevant parts of the website suddenly stop working. Yeah, right... Total scam!

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My parcel arrived with two missing items, which I reported immediately. I was assured over the phone that the issue would be resolved within two days. However, it has now been much longer, and nothing has been done. This delay and lack of resolution are unacceptable. I have requested a refund for the missing items and have decided never to purchase from this company again. Very poor customer service and a highly frustrating experience.

impossible to make a return

impossible to make a return. they basically stole from me. their website is not working, not generating return labels, and they didn't do anything about it. im going to spread a word about this, no one should buy from them, it's a scam.

i gave them ultimatum. i expect return label by tomorrow or im suing this company for fraud.

No issues at all

There are so many negative reviews here re refunds, but I guess I already knew the products so I didn’t need to return anything. I ordered a few bras and knickers through the UK shop, standard delivery, and they were already delivered the next day.
Absolutely nothing negative in my experience.

Never ever shopping there again

If I could rate this company with 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and never ever purchase from this site. I ordered a bunch of socks from them for my husband but they were so much longer than appeared in the website so I want to return them. There isn't a return label anywhere in the website and I keep emailing customer service since 4 months ago, they only say they have an issue with their shipping label and they will get back to me. They never did. Issue for 4 months??? Cmon

Pathetic customer support

As soon as I placed my order on MARCH 17 I noticed my address was wrong. I searched the FAQs and it said I could change the order within 15 minutes but that button WAS NOT available anywhere. I reached out for support multiple times. They told me that the only thing to do was to let the delivery fail and go back to the sender and I would be refunded. It’s been a month and a half and of course the package is lost, it will not be returned to anybody and I lost 40 dollars.
They’re totally unprofessional and disorganized. This is not how you do business.

Sent photos of faulty items multiple times which show as sent, but every staff member told me they did not receive. Used to be a loyal customer! Not anymore. Disappointed

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I have ordered months ago and still waiting for my money back. First I had to wait a month to get the refund label back, and now that I was able to send the order back they still haven't given me the money after a month of the package been delivered. disgusting service and I will be starting a fraud claim about them

I just wanted to return my package because I have 14 days if I’m not happy with it but unfortunately I can’t do that because on the website when I log in and put there my order number then I don’t have bottom to return items . Stay away from them

Stay away from them. I have photos and video from the pick up station where I got my package totally opened and half empty. Despite this they kept telling me to wait and today I receive an email not in the language we always communicated stating " as we already told you in the previous mail we refuse to refund you and any other future online shopping will be blocked". There is no previous e-mail and they are just scammers online. I will of course call the authorities since there are cameras where I picked up the package but still disgusting behavior .
Ps: the reply they give under this review is fake as they didn't message me nothing privately, such a lying fraudulent "service."Pity we can't post photos here.

Ordered items online and when I wanted…

Ordered items online and when I wanted to return part of the order I went to the store I had chosen to take them back but my order they couldn’t find online to receive the items. I emailed them and they said call a specific courier to pick it up from your house. I contacted the courier and they said they need a label to be able to pick it up. I contacted Tezenis again and they said they need to send my email to the equivalent department to resolve the issue. How hard can it be???
It’s just a simple return.

I've become very hesitant to buy…

I've become very hesitant to buy anything from them so I'm avoiding it. I still received my stuff from the 3 times I ordered online, but due to a refund of a product returned in-store that took too damn long to be processed (took over a month, multiple calls were made and I even had to file a complaint), I try not to order from them because I know that if I need to return something I'll struggle and get stressed out. Also, I never seem able to check my previous orders on their website as there is always an error message. So the website seems a bit amateurish. I rather buy my stuff from Victoria's Secret.
