Would give 0 stars if i could

Would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered 4 bikinis from Tezenis Australia mid December and received a package on the 1st of Feb with a fake Cartier ring with no bikinis that I ordered. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Have tried getting in touch with customer service but they are awful and have not done anything to help. They are making me return this ring to their warehouse in China to receive a refund but I doubt they will even refund me. Now I am $90 out of pocket and just wanted to buy bikinis since I loved this store when visiting Italy last year

Don’t buy online!

Terrible online shopping experience and non-existent customer support in Tezenis Spain!
I’ve placed an order (took a while, as the website was not functioning properly) on January 8th and it was cancelled by Tezenis. The gift card I was paying with had been charged. It took Tezenis more than a week to issue a new gift card! And guess what? New order has been canceled as well, no refund is still processed and customer support simply stopped answering. What a terrible customer experience!
Never again!!!

Not a good first experience

The purchasing process was easy and the tights arrived quickly. But they were sewn badly and the design was lopsided on one leg. They were unwearable because of that. I reached out to customer service and asked for a replacement since it was a Christmas gift. They said there is no replacement service so I had to just return it for a refund and buy the item again. The second pair had the same issue.

Terrible support, after creating ticket for returning of package. Small info how to do it, no label for printing. They send me after I contact them via chatbot (which lose comunnication after you go to another subpage on their website). I have to contact UPS by phone and order pickup of package (I got this info again via chatbot because they do not provide this info in FAQ or something similar). Also 20% of all information what I got on their website are info from they shi**y frontend like "%data.price.low".

service horrible. pas de livraison

At the time of writing this, I have been waiting 12 days without my order being dispatched (after paying specifically for delivery in 3-4 days). I have asked multiple times on their chat about the issue and been told that they'll get back to me. They never do. No emails. No solutions. They just keep saying "your complaint has been received".

Awful service. You can see in the other reviews that this is not a rare occasion.

Au moment où j'écris ces lignes, cela fait 12 jours que ma commande n'a pas été expédiée (après avoir payé spécifiquement pour une livraison en 3-4 jours). J'ai posé plusieurs fois la question sur leur chat et on m'a dit qu'on me rappellerait. Ils ne le font jamais. Pas d'emails. Aucune solution. Ils continuent à dire "votre plainte a été reçue".

Un service épouvantable. Vous pouvez voir dans les autres commentaires que ce n'est pas une occasion rare.

Zero customer support, website does not work, callcenter unable to help

I try to order some products with them already for 3 weeks. I paid twice, called 5 times to their call center and still do not have any help or positive feedback and zero help or feedback from them. Wasted at least 5 hours with this. And now I am helpless. I do not have the products I needed for a trip that starts soon. The collegues at the phone just say they can not do anything. I should wait. again and again. Horrible company! Do not order from here.

Very disappointed

I ordered 8 different products. The order was delivered quickly and I have no complaints. However, upon opening the carton I felt like I was standing in front of a bin of rags in a lumpyard. Everything was thrown in with no order or composition, pyjama sets scattered all over the carton, things crumpled and looking like used returns. In addition, half of the items DO NOT HAVE LABELS, which makes me confident that they are returns. This is not my first purchase from Tezenis. So far I have been very satisfied. A customer is very difficult to gain and very easy to lose. They have just lost one.

I used to buy male's top underwear but…

I used to buy male's top underwear but the quality is not so good. I think they are much more synthetic than they describe or is bad quality cotton because I have the feeling that my body can't breath and the tshirt smells super fast even my body is still clean without smells... I did the experiment using other underwear and I can confirm that is problem of tezenis products. My conclusion. Low quality textiles

Very poor service

Very poor service ! Do not order! Over 10 days didn't received order yet! Tezenis team as well did mistake with my order placing my adrress flat number is not correct number!!!! I don't understand how you can do mistake with flat number 39 and instead to put 73 ???!! Tezenis custumer service is so poor and not helpfull!!!! Avoid !! Missing shorts, no refund no customer service

I ordered some shorts back in May, they said there was a problem with the courier so I never received them. For four months since I've been trying to get either a replacement pair or my money back and have got nowhere despite several emails to customer service. All they say is that they are 'looking in to it' over and over. At this point they've just stolen my money.

Scam?

I ordered three bikinis a month ago, and I have still not received them despite the website claiming that the package would be sent within 48 hours. After two weeks without receiving my order I contacted costumer service to get an update on, but I did not get any, so I contacted them again a week later, but no reply… Unfortunately I stopped believing I will receive my order.. I cannot recommend buying from this site!

Shocking sizing and quality

Shocking sizing . It can really do a lot of damage to young girls conscious about their own bodies. I am size xs/s in every shop. I bought size medium pants in tezenis and they’re too small…. If a person wearing the smallest sizes in other shops has to order large in your brand then I can only imagine what bigger women can feel. Quality is also shocking I think AliExpress would do better.

Cancelled order

During the recent sale, I placed two orders using the exact same payment information. My first order was difficult to place, as every time I proceeded to checkout, the items went out of stock. About 30 min after my first order, the stock changed so I placed a new order for these other items. The payment went through, but I received an order cancellation soon after saying my payment info was fraudulent - even though my other order with the same info went through fine. Watch out for the sales, I was unable to reorder my desired items because the sale ended within minutes and all these other items had suddenly disappeared from the website. Seems to be a fake cancellation due to limited stock, but very bad practice to claim it’s due to fraudulent activity!

Absolutely Horrendous - AVOID

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made an order on 6th July 2023 and returned it on the day it arrived with the Tezenis tracked label provided. I cannot get a refund. I get cut off on the phone. Emails are not answered even though I have sent proof of postage. They have literally stolen from me. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Outrageous, they owe me £££

I returned items exactly as per the instructions on their website which did not detail any kind of returns form online. I heard nothing back and chase it myself. I was then told I should have filled an online form. I therefore spent a long time emailing them details of my returned items. They have still not refunded me and it has been weeks. They owe me >£150. They are not responding to my emails. Shocking service

Order never received

I placed an order online the 2nd of July and it was supposed to be delivered the 10th of July, however it never arrived. I tried to contact the customer service but they never replied, they just replied once only to say that the order will arrive (who knows when...).
Don't order by their website cause you won't receive your order and neither assistance from the customer service. They got my money without sending me anything... this is a fraud!
