Im not even sure how they still get contracts, CH Robinson sends the occasional freight for local delivery to these guys and when they do its the worst. Their logistics team is very rude and clearly e... See more

This has to be the worst logistics…
This has to be the worst logistics company I have ever experienced
No one should ever use them especially retailers that ship to customers there highly incompetent from top to bottom
There customers service is a disgrace
If retailers are using there service there giving them a bad name and it's reflection on the retailer for using such an incomplete company.
Really bad company !!!!!
To bad I even have to give them even 1 star
They deserve less
I feel sorry for the people that are employed at this company it makes them look bad for just being employed there
No words can describe the damage done…
No words can describe the damage done to our parents table shipped across country.Their own drivers who delivered it were in shock when they uncovered it. The family memories coupled with the $2K Tforce charged us is unconscionable. The claim we filed for damages has been denied. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY AND THEN DON'T DO IT!!!
I would leave 0 stars
I would leave 0 stars. We had a delivery scheduled for today. The driver pulled up to the wrong entrance for our house and I asked him to use the front entrance. He was put off by the request, but said he would. I went in the house and came back out later to check on the delivery and he didn't leave it - didn't call, attempt to reach me - just left. This was a tub for a renovation and now the whole project will be held up. I have been on hold with T Force for over 20 min and don't anticipate anyone will every answer the phone based on reviews. A complete scam of a delivery company.
Driver never showed
Driver claimed there was not enough room to turn around, yet never visited my address. When I scheduled with 'Dawn' I said the driver needed to call in advance for directions. Driver never called, never showed up, no delivery. Dawn said that seller would need to find another shipper. My package mia. Do not use this company
⭐️ If negative stars were possible
⭐️ If negative stars were possible, I’d still hesitate — it feels unfair to the stars.
Dealing with this company has been a fascinating exploration of what customer service can be when freed from the burden of actually serving customers. Every interaction felt like part of an ongoing performance piece about frustration — minimalist, absurd, and oddly confident.
At one point, a manager told me to “go f*** myself.” It was refreshing, in a way — few businesses are so forthright about their values.
Still, I have to admire their consistency. It takes real commitment to keep disappointing people this reliably. There’s a certain artistry to it — the kind you can’t help but respect, even as you’re put on hold for the third time that week.
Every Package They Deliver Has Been Stolen
I have had three separate shipments shipped through them and somehow each one has been stolen thanks to their subpar delivery service. The first two were left in my building’s lobby but recorded as being left at my front door, the last one was delivered to another address entirely. Each time, customer service’s response has been to shrug and say “oh well” essentially. One rep said they’d “call the driver and ask where he left the package” and another offered to file a report that unsurprisingly went nowhere.
Their tracking doesn’t seem to update until hours later either and by then, it’s too late. Truly don’t understand how they’re still in business.
This company was scheduled to pick up…
This company was scheduled to pick up an item that was won in auction. They were last minute but they accepted the load. We have a shipping broker who schedules our pickups when its for the company if it is specific type of truck we are needing. We had already sent 2 full semis from other companies to pick up our order and 2 days later when they were scheduled we had realized some of the pieces were left behid - this is where TForce comes in. They accepted the pick up from the broker and estimated 2 days from AZ to UT - no big deal...Even when the estimated delivery date passed, we gave them the benefit of the doubt (Its an 11 hour drive from there to here, maybe they had some other pickups and delayed their departure from AZ, who knows) 2 days past the estimated delivery date we started questioning. We are 24 minutes away from their Utah service hub and they stated the reason our items had not been delivered is due to being in "a rural areal" that does not receive daily deliveries. Ok, I'll bite. Called the shipping broker and asked whats up, was told the delivery was on the truck and scheduled for the same day, ok cool - truck sent out for delivery at 8:30 am. Cool, we are getting our delivery today. Noon rolls around and again, 24 minutes from their service location, so the question becomes where is the delivery. Called customer service - was given a 3:00 delivery window and told we are the last delivery of the day - fantastic since you know at this point it is 5 days late, but ok, we wait. at 3:20 with no sign of the truck in sight, called Customer service again. Was told 30 minutes to 1 hour. 4:30 rolls around, start debating on calling back. Driver literally shows up 5 minutes before closing time, has no time for small talk, gruff and dissociated. At least we got our delivery eventually, but MAN! Don't use this company if you can avoid it at all. The old adage "You get what you pay for" definitely applies here. (We didn't know what we were charged until a couple days later because we just wanted our shipment, and we trust our shipping broker). These guys add frustration, irritation, and agitation to their low price for transport. Not worth it, spend the extra money and get your deliveries in a timely fashion. TForce definitely is not the company to use.
TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND
I placed an order with Aerie on 10/04/2025. On 10/20/2025 I emailed Aerie customer service and they said my package was LOST IN TRANSIT. When calling to replace my order they said my order was RETURNED TO THE WAREHOUSE BY TFORCE. What in the world are yall doing to "lose" my order then return it to the warehouse?? Was the delivery driver just too lazy to drive out to a small town for this delivery?? This company needs to sit down and relfect on their business practices because im not the only one saying this stuff!! Its no wonder this company is going out of business!!!
I wish I could put 0 stars
I wish I could put 0 stars. Horrible service, stay away!
Not sure how this company is still in…
Not sure how this company is still in business. We ordered an item from the US to Canada. DHL delivered to TForce (the local courier) who claimed to have attempted delivery 3-4 times. We provided our operating hours and in every “attempt” the report showed after hour attempts?!? The thing is, we have security cameras that show all exterior arrivals. NO ACTUAL ATTEMPT was made! Perhaps they’re so busy, they use this as an excuse to get caught up? It’s the only thing that makes sense, other than all their employees are too busy watching Sesamie Street, rather than working!
i would rate negative if possible
i would rate negative if possible. the worst delivery company ever, zero knowledge of the city addresses they are working in, the customer service is just as bad as the delivery team. Never use this company, not if you want to receive a package.
PSA: Stop Using TFORCE
Every time I order something and I see TFORCE is delivering I know I am not getting my package on time. Confused why orgs like Sephora, Princess Polly, and Fashion Nova still work with them. I have paid for express shipping and received my package later than if I went with regular free shipping. Very frustrating!!
An embarassingly bad company
An embarassingly bad company. Not only don't they arrive when they say they will (after they are the ones providing the delivery window), they don't bother to communicate this in any way, shape or form. Then you have to contact them by phone and tell could not possibly care less that they work for one of the worst companies around. Their rating is 1.4 for a reason. Truly, truly awful company in every sense.
Multiple Issues
This is the second time that I have placed an order with a company that uses T Force Freight and both times there has been issues. I always tell any delivery service that there are challenges accessing my property due to our location and that they must use a smaller truck to access. T Force Freight always calls the day before and during that call I tell them of the situation. The first time the driver decided it was best to drive through my neighbors yard and over their septic system to turn around. This time the scheduler I spoke with was told about the challenges and I could tell they didn't really care. I even offered to have the driver call me and meet them offsite to get the delivery. NOPE. Sure enough the driver came and realized he couldn't get to me so he left. They called to reschedule and this time they said they would use a smaller truck, but then they didn't show up on the newly scheduled day. No call from them, so I had to call them again this morning to confirm that it is out for delivery on a smaller truck. Let's see if they can get it to me on the third try.
The worst possible company
The worst possible company. It’s wild that they remain in business. Everything that could go wrong did, and sometimes multiple times. They are absolutely horrendous.
Consistently beyond horrible
Consistently beyond horrible. I can't believe Nordstrom continues to use this company. They must be incredibly cut-rate. If you so, you're getting what to pay for.
Reliable and Efficient Courier
On August 18, 2025, I purchased a pair of shoes on eBay shipping from the US.
On September 3, 2025 at 11:32am, DHL gave my parcel to Tforce to deliver to my address by the end of the day.
I did received my parcel at 5:15pm.
Thank you Tforce for your great service and safe delivery.
TERRIBLE COURIER
As many others have expressed, this courier is by far the worst delivery service I’ve EVER experienced. Zara will never see my money again, after this morning. The nasty driver decided it was a good idea to arrive at 6:33 AM to deliver my “next day package” with no prior communication about the time-frame, calls 3 times, leaves no voicemail to identify himself, and decides to drive off because you know naturally no one is available to receive a package at this time of day. I hope this company alongside their incompetent, arrogant drivers, lose every bit of revenue and business.
Merchants who use TForce won't get my…
Merchants who use TForce won't get my business again - namely American Eagle.
Driver didn't even bother to call. I was home. He couldn't gain access, so he left! I even paid for Expedited shipping.
TForce sucks!
They left my packages outside our gate…
They left my packages outside our gate on the street and not inside the gate or by the door.
They didn’t even ring the bell.
My packages were lost , I emailed them and complained and asked them to drop my packages inside our gate and not leave them on the street but they completely ignored and they keep doing same manner of delivery.
