LIED TO AND HUNG UP ON BY TFORCE

I have had 2 rescheduled deliveries from this company through Home Depot, the most recent being today, August 22, 2025, LESS THAN 1 HOUR BEFORE MY SCHEDULED DELIVERY!! I have lost $500.00 in income having taken off 2 days (August 20 and 22) only to have this company cancel on me may minutes!! Their excuse both times has been "truck breakdown" or "truck issue". I asked to speak with a supervisor, waited on hold for 10 minutes just to have songwriters pick up the line and slam the phone down. I called back and spoke with a very kind black girl (unlike the first one, Sharika or some such name), who agreed that it was very unprofessional and uncalled for that someone to hang up on me. She claimed my refrigerator had not been delivered from Electrolux to their location, which I truly believe is an outright lie considering my conversation at 4pm the day before confirming my product had been delivered to Birmingham to be delivered to me on 8/22/2025 between 1:30 - 5:30pm. I think TForce employees are LAZY AND DO NOT WANT TO WORK, and I mow truly believe this after reading hundreds of other reviews from this place starting the same thing!! This will be the very last time I order ANYTHING from Home Depot as long as they continue to utilize the "services", for lack of a better word, of this pathetic excuse of a company!!

Would rate T-Force negative

Would rate T-Force negative if possible. Online quotes won't be honored.

T-force shipped a 50lb pallet and attempted to charge us $1530.68 dollars for delivery when the online quote was only $538.18 After being contacted to dispute the charge that was triple their published quote they never responded to the case after many follow up attempts.

Our company agreed to pay the quoted price. It was refused and the only response was “The estimate that was provided is never guaranteed, as stated in their notice below all estimates”

Worst delivery service company. 100%

Worst delivery service company I have dealt with. My packages were labeled with an incorrect address by the shipper, but I immediately called Tforce to inform them of the situation, and they told me they will hold the packages until they receive a letter from the shipper. I urged the shipper to send letter ASAP, yet Tforce still delivered the package to the original incorrect address, which does not even exist. The truck driver arrived in the correct city but the street address doesn’t exist in my city, some genius at the office told the driver to deliver it to another city which has the aforementioned street address without confirming with anyone. I had to personally go to that address to retrieve the packages for them to redeliver. The terminal promised me to delivery the next day, but they failed again. Now they are not even answering the phone. What a POS.

Worst Experience

Worst Experience, They had quoted for $250 for shipping and once they picked up the item and it reaches to the nearby station of delivery, they are not delivering it and asking for extra $700 to get this delivered adding liftgate which wasn't included as there were only 6 boxes not a pallet and many other things. Be aware.

$650 to deliver

$650 to deliver, and dropped my pallet 50 feet away from where I wanted it and in the pouring rain today. I’m a small business, can’t afford a pallet jack, had to offload by hand for an hour in the rain. Again, $650 for low level service. No good

worse Customer Services and Service I've ever experienced

This was the worse experience I have delt with in the past 25 years working in logistics. We shipped a skid from Romulus MI to NY and was told 2-3 day Service to final delivery to Saratoga Springs, NY.
Shipped on 7/17 and today is the 24th and it's still sitting in their Albany delivering terminal after I paid the freight (2900.00) and was told the next day it hadn't been rated yet! Are you kidding me! This is inexcusable and so unprofessional.
Please do not chance shipping with this carrier. I was a Terminal Manager for some major carriers back in the 80's and 90's and preached SERVICE and Customer Service. Obviously this is not a company that understands SERVICE. I have sent emails, made phone calls and not one person has called me after I was promised I would hear from someone. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company again for our shipping needs.
Don't use them or you will be writing the same Review.

Zara uses TForce Logistics to deliver…

Zara uses TForce Logistics to deliver packages. Do not use them or any companies that use them. They delivered to the wrong house and placed the package on the back door in the photo so you can't even locate a house number. They also left it out in the elements, not even tucked in the door frame. I think they did it to steal the package. No delivery service has ever had issues finding my house. It shows you the exact location even on google maps so this was definitely deliberate.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They lost my parcel twice and even though they answer the phone, they never provide a solution. No follow-up, no accountability. Avoid this company as they are unreliable and unhelpful.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I made MULTIPLE attempts to change my address and leave contact information to assist the driver in accessing our home. It was a total nightmare TFORCE has terrible customer service and did not communicate at all with me (the recipient) or the driver. Driver arrives with a total attitude and drags pallets onto our brand new driveway doing damage to it. We will be seeking damages from TFORCE. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE

Quoted a price, invoiced more than double my quote (Scam)

I wish I had searched reviews on this company before shipping with them. I will keep my review short and sweet. I was quoted a price on our shipment. When they sent the invoice, it was more than double what I was quoted due to a freight inspection. Honestly, in the 20 years I have been in business i have never had this happen. While it is always possible the weight and class may have been slightly off, I strongly feel we were scammed due to the bill being more than double what was quoted. Now, after seeing all the bad reviews i would avoid this company at all cost!

Absolutely HORRIBLE Freight Company!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE freight company! They will schedule a delivery with you, then NEVER SHOW UP! Not so much as a call to let you know that something came up and they are unable to deliver. Then, when you call them, they take ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I even called the day of the delivery to confirm that they are coming out to deliver, they said YES and they would call me at least 1 hour in advance of the delivery. They of course NEVER showed up. I called again and then they told me after the proposed delivery time that they will not be delivering. They don't care that you took the whole day off, rented a Uhaul, and hired helpers - they don't care one bit! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Terrible Service, Lack of Communication

TForce damaged a delivery by punching a hole in a very expensive barrel of oil. They put the barrell in another container and delivered it. The loss to us was over $6000 in material. We rightfully disputed the transportation charge. They later added three truck change charges ot other deliveries because the struggled with a long body at our facility. We disputed those charges because they know our facility and failed to plan and cancelled one of the charges. We receltly discovered by failure to deliver our loads that they had turned the year long charge for the dmaaged barrel to a collection agent without informing us. They continued to accept loads and started holding them in their terminal, again without informing us. We will never use them again and will encourage any of our customers who select them for pick up to switch to other carriers.

There are no numbers or agents to call for disputes.

What a terrible service model

Stay clear of them!!!!!

Update 7/14 Finally got freight released. TForce delivered goods completely destroyed; boxes crushed parts spilling out. Receiving party naturally refused shipment. TForce now tells me I have to pay TForce to return them to me for evaluation!!!!!!!

Can this get any worse!!! Over $100k in lost business because of TForce and the nightmare is not over.

Update7/18 TForce finally conceded that they had made some errors and sent me a "Good Will" check for $2700. My losses in excess of $100k. Tough to buy much good will with that.

They defiitely set the low bar for service.

Worst delivery company ever

IF YOU'RE A COMPANY AND WANT TO USE TFORCE DELIVERY PLEASE BEWARE THEY HAVE THE MOST INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE ON EARTH, I ORDERED FROM ADIDAS CANADA ON JUNE 19,2025,THE NEXT DAY TFORCE PICKED UP THE PARCEL AND LOST AND LOST IT TODAY IS JUNE 27TH,IVE GOTTEN 6 EMAILS SAYING WE HAVE YOUR PARCEL BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS,AND NO HELP FROM ADIDAS, AND I'M AN ADICLUB MEMBER,NEVER EVER USE TFORCE, USELESS OUTFIT AS THEY COME,ADIDAS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES PERIOD.

Really bad!

The package was left in the lobby area of an apartment building, where people enter and exist multiple times a day. It was almost begging to be stolen, I received NO notice that it had been delivered, and if I hadn’t gone down to get the mail and it was gone I’d never have known. Secondly, the box was in HORRIBLE condition with dents and even punctures all over. It was obvious they didn’t care what happened to my package. I’m extremely lucky what i had ordered wasn’t breakable, and that I live in a building with decent people. I’ve literally never left a negative review in my life, so congrats guys. They need to do better.

Their service is terrible - Curbside delivery? No!

Their service is terrible. I received a call from their officer letting me know that I have a delivery coming on a pallet and that I have a lift gate service too. He went on further to say that the pallet would be dropped by the curbside! And if it rains, what happens to the goods? How does he expect me to take it to the garage? All our deliveries by other freifgt companies have been made into the garage. Pick up are also from the same garage. I will NEVER work with them and I do no recommend this company for anyone. The officer that spoke with me was so inpatient and lacks good customer service.

I ordered a package from Zara and they delivered it to the an address I do not know but claimed it was delivered to my address. It has been an over a week and I still don't have my package! I have called customer service TWICE and they said they will investigate and it's been days! I ended up contacting Zara for a refund

Bunch of morons
