I have never seen more incompetence in an insurance company. One person does not no what the other person is doing. Very poor communication between employees. Never sent my check back!

Beware of their Service and ethics
Jordan Clark was my agent and almost got me cancelled with TWIA. Apparently, he is no longer with the company. We started working with another agent and he was supposed to call TWIA to help with the insurance situation and he never contacted us back. We have had to do everything ourselves. Everything that was stated to us was untruthful, and there was no follow through or follow up with this company. We were told they were going to be 10 payments to windstorm and because of the companies mess up, we now have to double the payment but make for payments. So far, not impressed with the company. They do save you money, but they need better customer service
