I have never seen more incompetence in an insurance company. One person does not no what the other person is doing. Very poor communication between employees. Never sent my check back!

Agent not keeping her word.
TGS is a great company so far my only complaint would be the Agent. My sales agent is Melissa and since 06/11/24 she’s been promising some hard company document that I have yet to receive. That’s not good business. If you tell a person something you should follow through or talk to them and tell them the resolution.

From the beginning of my contact with Frank Stone, I have been extremely satisfied.
From the beginning of my contact with TGS Insurance, until my most recent conversation of today, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service offered by Mr. Frank Stone. All agents are nice when you first contact them, but Frank remains kind, helpful and friendly in subsequent conversations. He is hands-on, professional and quick to act. My previous agents could learn a lot about how a customer should be treated from Frank. I am so glad that I switched carriers.

Melissa, our representative, was very attentive and knew what Farmers could offer vs what TGS could. We were feeling a bit neglected from Farmers and the 30% rate hike wasn't helping any! TGS provides a competitive product and a reasonable price.
