I am having difficulty getting the hair piece to feel secure on my head

It looks so natural and matches my red hair perfectly. Not easy to comb, but it stay on perfectly. I have in both the 12” and 14”.

They went over and beyond! I have a unique hair color profile for a blond, so they are going to be working on a color match down the road since they don't have one to match my color. My hair is a natural blond, but it has silver streaks through it. I am excited for the new color to come out and am looking forward to your new additions to your hair pieces.

I ordered the wrong extension color and was going to send it back to them. I emailed them and got an email back immediately that said to keep the hair extension gift it to someone and they would send me another color. I did gift it to someone that could use that color.
Their customer service was beyond amazing. I did get my new one pretty fast, but haven't had a chance to try it on yet! I highly recommend them!!!

I purchased a set of these halo extensions. When I tried them on for the first time, one of the fasteners came loose—it would have been very simple to sew it back myself, but they sent me a new set without a moment's hesitation.

After I chose my replacement color, I changed my mind because I decided to color my hair. They sent me another set in the new color free of charge.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! And the extensions are beautiful and fun to wear!

Very good communication. Fast response when I messaged with questions. Product feel, look and colour were perfect. Very Pleased with purchase. Shipping took a while. Expect a 2-3 week turnaround.

Delivery was prompt, but most importantly the hair piece is absolutely so easy to use, a generous amount of hair,.color was on point & texture of hair is gorgeous. Very happy. Better to get it long & then cut/adjust if u wish to do so. Easy 2 style & curl w/iron.

I received my order quickly. The hair feels very soft and just the right thickness. The wavy tangles very easy. Maybe because it’s to long and I should have went shorter.

I love the hair, the price, and the color. I also love knowing if the color wasn’t quite right I could exchange for different.
I did not like that there is no direction on where it fits and how to put it in. I also don’t like not knowing how to tighten it to fit right. With a little directions it could easily be 5 stars.

I think it's too wide and I don't know how I'm going to mold it to fit me

I love it the hair. Color is right on point.

The color was a perfect match for my mom's hair. Also the order arrived sooner than I expected.

I had gotten the wrong color extensions because I chose them myself not knowing the did color matching. I wrote the company and let them know and they not only color matched me but they also send me the new one free of charge and let me keep the ones that didn’t match.

I had to return a defect on my hair piece and sent them pics. A quick response from the staff of Thathair replied and noticed my concern and did not hesitate to send me a replacement! They even gave me an option to pick another color which I went all in because the option I chose was an exact color match! Thank You so much!

The hair extensions matches my hair and is easy to use. Helps tremendously when in a hurry.
