Great service
Great service, order arrived from Spain within 5 days. And the shoes!! Fabulous! very happy with my purchases and the savings from the sales. Sadly one doesn't suit me so will have to go back, but I would certainly recommend Art and plan to go back to order again.

Great Service
Very easy to order online, and the shoes arrived within a few days, which was impressive as they had to travel all the way from Spain to the UK. Confirmation emails were prompt and the delivery company kept me updated on progress.

I bought 4 pair of shoes
I bought 4 pair of shoes. Delivery service (UPS) sent me a note that my order took off for shipping. Expected delivery: last Tuesday (may 12 2026 end of the day). The art company than sent me a request (wich showed all my
adress/- contact information) to complete my adress information. !?! But in their request all the information needed was already in their mail/ request. Very confusing but hey: I let them know that all the adress information was adequate and to answer their request correctly I repeated the needed information. Next thing was that UPS stopped the delivery with the comment that they stopped because of the request to change information considering my adress. So now I really have no idea where my order is, and if I will ever receive it, and if not will the art company solve this by paying me my hundreds of euros back. Not pleased at all…

Bought these online from the UK
Bought these online from the UK, quite straightforward process although postage took 10days. Delighted with the sandals, true to size and the colour is more grey which is what I was hoping for!
Love art shoes and wish we had more stockists in the UK.

TARIFFS!
Unhappy customer. I ordered a pair of sandals and when they arrived via UPS, the driver said he couldn't release them to me until I paid a $61.40 fee (35.40 tariff+ 14 UPS fee + 12 COD--which can be avoided if paid online/in advance of delivery)! I assumed The Art Co. shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) or that there would be no tariff since that brand is available in the US. BUYER BEWARE! I bought the last pair of Art Co. shoes when I was in Oslo last fall. No issues there. I like the brand and fit a lot and wanted a new pair for summer.
