Gorgeous boots at a great price in the sale (huzzah!) and very quickly received. I have a few pairs of shoes and boots from Art; they fit so well, are extremely durable with spot-on styling and the first brand I look to for footwear.

Delighted to receive my order to day..so happy with my footwear perfect fit and extremely comfortable and so well made the attention to detail is exceptional..not an inch of plastic in the packaging just beautiful cardboard boxes and shoes wrapped in brown paper packaging. Go check their site out some fabulous reductions as well I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

I bought 2 pairs of boots in the sale. They arrived in 3 days. The boots are super comfy, with a flat ford and heel and I can’t wait for the cooler weather to come so that I can wear them.

UPDATE: I received my 2nd order (one pair of shoes) within a couple of hours of writing this review. Still no refund on my first order.

While their shoes are incredibly comfortable (I've owned a few pairs over the years, always bought in a shop), my experiences with their website were shocking. Aug 2nd 2025 I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes, taking advantage of their sales prices. On Aug 7th, I received an email saying there had been issues with stock management on their website and my "item" was not available and that I would receive a full refund within 2 weeks at most.
Using the chatbot on their website, I tried to find out whether all items were unavailable and to my surprise, the chatbot tells me my order has been shipped and is currently with Seur. Back on email, I try to find out which items I might be receiving and, and get a response saying none of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered were available but that I would receive a refund as soon as they finished their "investigation" into what went wrong.

I trust the company and wanted to take advantage of their sale, so decided to place another order for one pair of shoes before receiving a refund - I was concerned that if I waited, I wouldn't be able to take advantage of the sales.

So I did that on Aug 15. On Aug 18 I received an e-mail with a tracking number to follow my order, and waited until today (Aug 20) to track my order. To my astonishment, the link I was sent to track my order doesn't work and Seur's website (supposedly the carrier they use) doesn't even recognise the tracking number as being theirs.
Their chatbot happily "confirms" I have the correct tracking number but when probed further, just gives me a customer service e-mail and a phone number... which doesn't work. I still don't have my refund from the first order and have no idea whether I can expect to receive the second.

I remember buying my first ART shoes in 1998 in a store on Melrose Ave, Los Angeles. Since I have discovered the official website I got a several more pairs of shoes and very happy with the quality and look of the shoes. Please keep this website opened for ever and ever.

You lost a customer (and I know many complain about it)

I fell in love with the Brighton style a few years ago. They fit like they were custom made for my feet. Unfortunately, there's only 1 or 2 retailers near me that carry them. Ordering from the website didn't cost any more than buying in person and delivery was lightning fast! I live in Ontario, Canada and received them 3 business days after ordering. Extraordinary!!
